Does anyone have any brand names or websites that have good quality plastic/wooden children's dish set?  I am looking for plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc for a kitchen we hope to get the kids for Christmas

I just bought some at IKEA for the boys to play with.  Plates, cups, bowels.  They are the perfect size.

Green toys makes a nice plastic dish set. Palumba sells really beautiful wooden dishes but they're, IMO, too expensive to own an entire set.

We got this one for Jeanine for Christmas from Green Toys on Amazon. It's awesome!

We have a mishmash of stuff, so I don't have any recommendations, but I did want to mention that the one thing I really wish we had and we don't is a play teapot. I really wish I'd thought to buy a plate & dish set that included that, but it didn't occur to me at the time.

Agreed.  Our teapots get tons of use.  We have the green toys one, and another small metal restaurant style one my mother picked up at a garage sale.
