   i haven't read any fiction in ages and really want to settle down into a good book. 

have had a few false starts (has to be out in paperback and not so long that it's uncomfortable to hold!)

the only stuff i've been able to stick with in the past few years in my guilty pleasure: Phillipa Gregory.

the more highbrow stuff i like is Robertson Davies -- but i've read up all of his trilogies.

	have you read Life of Pi? A Tree Grows in Brooklyn? Any Jodi Picoult? Dare I suggest Twilight (not little to hold)

	I like anything by Carol Shields-- The Stone Diaries is good, as is nearly everything I've read by her... and none are terribly long, either.

	If you like historical fiction, have you looked into Susan Vreeland?

	A Tree Grows in Brooklym is great! I just read Princess by Jean Sasson and it was great.

	My favorites ever are: Fox River by Emily Richards Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett I've read them each 3 times and will definately read each of them again!!!

	i'm in a book club irl, and the book this month was really good. it's called the book of lost things by john connolly. it's kind of like a really intense almost modern fairy tale and it's a pretty easy read, i finished it in a day.

	If you want some good girly fiction, I love Jennifer Weiner. Little Earthquakes is one of my favorites.

	I just finished reading a couple books by Jodi Picoult they are really good. They are a little deep, but still an easy enjoyable read while still causing me to stop and ponder If you are looking for a truly fun, fast, easy read... try anything by Clive Cussler. I love his books. They are fun and easy reads which is great for reading during nap time, where reading time can be easily inturrupted.
