Anyone try it? It's got my curiosity peaked. Ive thought about calling my doctor and getting her opinion on it. Ive never used any type of weight loss supplement before. I try to go to the gym three times a week. I was checking out their website and ppl were saying how they don't crave sweets as much since using Sensa and that would be great for me since I have a horrible sweet tooth and could each sugar all day long. So what do you think?? Be honest!!!

I had never heard of it so I checked out their website.  I couldn't find a scrap of information anywhere about what exactly is in the stuff.  Anything that doesn't give me full disclosure about what it is makes me leery no matter how many doctors and experts endorse it.

I ended up calling and asking what the ingredients were and was told that it's made from corn, milk, soy, spices ,and minerals. I just think that each package should be clearly labelled with the ingredients for each month. They change from month to month.

I am a craver of sweets too. It's difficult to get a handle on that but I have in the past (not there now) and when you cut it out for a bit you do stop craving it. It's just hard to get into that headspace.

It's probably safe and I wouldn't worry too much about that aspect but personally I think it's more of the placebo effect than anything. who knows. I would be interested to hear an update on how it works though.

Found this on webmd:
Sensa sprinkles are food flakes made from maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, silica, and flavors.

Doesn't sound dangerous but doesn't sound super healthy. What about 'flavor enhancing' food yourself with a bit of stevia extract for sweet foods or spices for savory foods?

i heard about it a few months ago and thought it sounded too good to be true.  here's a little info from webmd:  http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/truth-about-sensa

it sounds like 'snake oil' to me and a complete waste of money.  sweets are a weakness of mine and i just have to keep them out of the house.  in fact, the only thing that worked for me was to really learn about calories in vs calories out and to track exactly what i was taking in.  i never spent any money when i was successfully losing weight, just a little extra time.  i used a website to track what i was eating (loseit.com, but a lot of people use other sites) and very carefully watched portions.

I agree, too good to be true. I certainly have a hard time buying into a product that does their own "clinical" test.

My opinion is that it is far healthier to stay away from adding extra chemicals to your diet. We eat/are exposed to enough as it is.

Last year I recently lost 40 pounds and still have a ways to go once baby arrives. I know dieting is HARD! I have very little willpower. What saved me was portion control.

Trust me, I have no willpower and love all things potatoes. If I can do it, anyone can do it.

Ive read that not only is it too good to be true but many sites offer this as a scam. Read the fine print before ordering. Many consumers are being charged hundreds of dollars more than they thought.
