Is this something you can buy locally? I looked around online and it looks like Joann's carries it but you have to buy it by the yard. I only need a small amount of 4 different colors for a craft project. I found an online store that sells 12x18" pieces that seemed reasonable but anyone have any other sources?

Did you find anything? I know the Joann's here sells it by the yard they have bolts next to the bolts of poly felt, but their color selection is kinda boring. If I only needed small amounts in funner colors I'd look through etsy there are several stores that offer "sets" of coordinating colors. Whatcha makin'?

I found some 12x18 pieces here:  http://www.woolfeltcentral.com/12x18.html  They have a ton of cute stuff, I might use some to make Christmas stockings.

I'm making this Pig for Adrie's birthday...although the felt won't be here till today so I don't think I'll have it done by tomorrow! Oh well, thank goodness she's too young to know any better. Tongue

Oh, and I was going to say that if you go to Joann's you don't have to buy full yards of the wool felt.  You can buy 1/8th yard if you want.
