I use a black and decker quick and easy. not sure of the cup size but its not huge. i'd say its a mid range size.

I have a 14 cup Cuisinart that gets used at least a couple times a week.  Unfortunately the one that I bought was a limited run and is no longer available.  I have always heard good things about Cuisinarts and Kitchen Aids.  I would say that whatever you end up choosing, look for one that has a good warranty and if possible a warranty specifically on the motor.

I use mine minimum once a week. (My mom has the older version of this model for 8+ years.)

Ah the Bed Bath & Beyond coupon. I just deleted one not too long ago but maybe I'll wait until I get another.

I have a kitchen aid one that I love, but it is a mini one. (I don't cook much).  The bigger kitchenaid has decent reviews though... I don't know if they carry it at Costco.

The one I have is this: http://www.target.com/p/KitchenAid-Tangerine-3-5-Cup-Food-Chopper/-/A-13809858

I'm willing to spend up to about $150 if it will last a few years. I was looking  at Costco and they have a Cuisinart for about that price but the reviews are bad. I like the idea of buying it there because there wouldn't be a hassle returning it.

I know kitchen aid has a good rep.

*popcorn*

I have a cheapie one and it shows. I'll have to see what brand it is. I'm pretty sure I bought close to the cheapest one they had - $40 maybe? I would really like one that had two separate size bowls (MIL has a Kitchen Aid that does) b/c that's a nice option. Mine has slicing and shredding attachments, but I haven't used them too much. Mainly for homemade laundry detergent Tongue

I'm looking for recomendations for a food processor. I want something standard sized, with a motor that won't wear out after a couple of years and blades that will stay sharp for more than a couple of years. I've never actually had a full size food processor. Just a mini, a magic bullet and a Braun hand mixer that has a chopping attachment. None are up to par and the blades don't seemt to last very long before they are dull. I know some of you pin mama's are goddesses in the kitchen so I figured this was a good place to get some recommendations.
