Jaime, I was just looking at the Marvel yesterday, but I never hear anyone talk about them. Not that I need another cover for padfolding, LOL! It looks like a really nice fit! How does it compare to the Capri or Duo? Thanks!

I do like the marvel OS.  It is of great quality, very stretchy.  I can't imagine putting it on a tiny baby, but it would definitely be a cover to take a LO through potty training.  It fits bigger than the duo/capri so it would be a good fit for fitteds I'm sure.  I only pad fold so I don't need much for room.   I love the brown cover - NO staining!!!

We only have the one as my LO has BIG opinions on diaper covers.  He complains about me putting it on at first then he gets over it.  Otherwise, I might consider another (like I need more covers LOL).  He doesn't protest the Capris which is funny because everything else I've put on him other than his duo wraps he automatically decides is inferior.  I think they Capris must be a similar feel to the duos OR he likes the giraffes Clap.

LOLLOLLOL!! My DD complains if the diapers are air dried and too scratchy. I have to to fluff them in the dryer if they aren't to her specifications.

I actually found the dino, giraffe and monkey print at GMD. Which also means I bough the owl, monkey and giraffe print!Embarrassed   I think the marvel is a good looking fit, but I don't like the way the front flaps curl up around the snaps. I know, I know no one really sees it, but it will bother me because I know it's there.Tongue

I agree!  I don't like that about them either (or the Happy Heiny OS cover for the same reason LOL)

If you prefer snaps, the Kissaluvs Marvel OS cover has a huge range.  This is DS2 at 15 months or so on the second rise setting with a padfolded flat - he is now on the last setting, but has ample room to grow.

The other cover people love for super trimness :)  DS2 is the same age in both of these pics.  The FLIP was on the second rise setting as well (one more to unsnap).

I sold the FLIP because it didn't work for us - wingdroop and leaks.  That said, it was the most trim cover I've tried and lots of mamas have good experiences with these.

With a L DiaperRite or M GMD padfolded flat. SIze 2 cover. He is on the middle row of snaps now. I think this is shown on the smallest setting. He already outgrew that setting.

DS2 is around 30 lbs, 2.5 years old.  One more rise setting available.

I know lots of moms rip the stitching/seam out of the front of the elemental's soaker to get faster drying time. That's my plan for the newbie. I sold all our bottombumper aios and am going w/ BGEs this time so I don't have to deal w/ multiple sizes. Fitteds are my prefrence but I like aios and padfolding in covers for using under regular pants.

Aiden just turned 15 months, is 22.5 lbs and still crawling, but he did just start walking a little too.

I'm thinking I  might get a couple Capris, and a few more BG elementals.

He is massive now. A short and stout 24lbs now. He is almost 15 months and just starting to walk a little even though crawling is still his preferred method of transportation. We figured out a food allergy and he has taken off since then.

Capris are really nice, I think you'd like them.

I have at least 12 large size PFs (they might be to big, I used them on DD before she was PLed when she was 2).

I have at least 2 dozen large GMD flats and a couple of small GMd flats.

I went to the local CD store, and checked out some stuff in person today. The BG freetime looks pretty niffty, but I really hate MF. They should design the elemental the same way and I could be perfectly happy.

We like pad folding also. Mostly pfs until lately with some homemade flats.  I used to fold them up and put them in covers and it was like a AIO as far as putting it on, but with not quite as much prep/folding time as a pocket.

Do you have prefolds already? Trifolding in a Thirsties Duo or Capri is my favorite, but maybe you're looking for an AIO with faster dry time? Swaddlebees are awesome but the OS prorbaly wouldn't be a great fit if he's outgrowing BGs. I've been eyeing Bamboo Baby AIOs and they're coming out with a larger size from 25-45 pounds! Love a 2 size system :)
