I'm pregnant so even though I do have insurance right now, I cannot use medication on my psoriasis. When I'm not pregnant and can use it, I won't have insurance. Go figure! So I am looking for thrifty and natural ways to get my psoriasis under control now, while I have no other choice. TIA!

HI! I have psoriasis and its a PAIN! African Black Soap really helps me and Shea butter. I also know my trigger foods which are milk, tomatoes, alcohol (since you are pg no worries there!), fatty meats, and Junk Food in general (things with preservatives). And it won't hurt a bit to take a Omega-6 or Omega-3 Fatty Acid supplement to help treat your outbreaks :)
Hope that helps! |
