DJ has far exceeded the number 5 in customer service. I usually get a response from them in under 2 hours!! They also have loads of information about each diaper posted on the site. My order arrives within 3-5 days of placing the order. I've recommended DJ to several people starting cloth and will continue to do so!! Ladies, keep up the stellar work!!

I have ordered from other diaper stores, but let me tell you, nobody compares to Diaper Junction! My sweet baby boy has become such a heavy wetter and the gals at the Diaper Junction were so helpful and knowledgable. After my phone call I put my son down for a nap and placed an order online. Now that was a Monday afternoon, so I was absolutely tickled when it showed up on my porch Thursday morning! I have been trying out the diapers and inserts they have suggested and we haven't had a wet onsie or bedsheet since! Y'all want to know the best part? The give you points for your orders and you get to save money on the next order! I am absolutely thrilled I have found Diaper Junction and will keep coming back. They have a customer for life!

I am so thrilled with DiaperJunction! I placed an order on the 7th for 6 Kawaii Goodnights and 2 BumGenius Freetimes, as well as some detergent and fleece liners. It was my first order with the website. I'm a new mama to cloth diapering so I appreciate how easy everything on the website was to navigate. After I placed my order on the 7th, I selected Free Shipping with an estimated delivery of 5-10 business days. Imagine my surprise when I check my mail 2 days later on the 9th, and all my cloth diapers have arrived! I'll definitely be a return customer and be recommending them to my fellow cloth diapering mama friends.

There was a small mistake in an order I received from DIaper Junction, and I was afraid it was going to be an ordeal to get it all figured out. It was so refreshing to be treated well, and for the mistake to be mended so quickly! Customer service so far via phone and via messaging online has been great. Not to mention, this company gives great incentives to continue doing business with them (stash cash, coupons, daily deals, etc).
We are expecting our first child, and I'm glad to say I think we found the company we'll be doing our cloth diapering through.

We do our very best to provide competitive prices as well as services such as customer rewards, free shipping, and weekly giveaways. I was just contacted by Diaper Junction to let me know that they oversold the new Swaddlebees elephant print and that I could substitute it with one of two other prints. I was going to chalk it up to a Black Friday anomaly. Then I realized the company did the same thing to me on a random day in August; they allowed me to order the Swaddlebees monkey print, then contacted me later to tell me they didn't have any in stock.
Customer service responded quickly on both orders, which is why I didn't give them a one star rating. However, I won't be ordering from the site again, as they apparently need a way to keep better track of their inventory.

Love this store. Shopped black friday, and was really happy with all the deals. They kept everyone updated on their website issues while interacting with customers via facebook the whole time. They stayed upbeat and cheery, and already started processing my order from last night! Best deals, their stock was great!

I am very happy with this company. They were running a special of free shipping on orders of $25 so I ordered some diaper covers. One color I ordered was out of stock but they promptly contacted me to remedy the situation. Once I chose a different color the order shipped very quickly! They were very friendly and I love the product. Will shop with them again.

I really like Diaper Junction. They have fast shipping and I have even had to cancel an order and the customer service was really good. My only complaint is the out-of-stock items. It seems like there are so many things that are not in stock and it is frustrating.

I registered at Diaper Junction's gift registry and received one gift at a shower and another was sent directly through the mail. Everything went smoothly! I have purchased cloth diapers from several popular online stores, and Diaper Junction is by far my favorite seller. The delivery time is so very quick, and the team at Diaper Junction are always kind when assisting you.
I very recently placed an order, and due to a system error, an item in my cart was actually completely out of stock. I was promptly contact by a member of the Diaper Junction team, who explained the situation very apologetically. Within less than a two hour time frame (and it only took that long because *I* didn't stay logged onto to my computer to respond as quick as they did) the item was switched out for another, and my order was shipped.
I have always been impressed with the customer service and quick shipping at Diaper Junction. I LOVE all of the other extras available as well; stash cash points, weekly cloth diaper giveaways, info on cloth diapering/breastfeeding/ect., pre-owned diapers available to purchase, great sales, and much more!
Overall, my experience with this seller has been wonderful, and I just can not say enough good about them!

I ordered $143 worth of products from Diaper junction on 6/25/12. I still had not received it by 7/3/12, so I went online to check the status of my order. They had put it on hold, instead of shipping it out, even though my account had been charged for the order. When I asked them why, they stated they had sent me an email letting me know one of the things I ordered was out of stock, asking what I wanted to do. But I never got that email. I was pretty upset because I had paid $143 for an order that hadn't even been shipped out yet, and they state on their website that they do not charge your card until your order ships. I told them what alternate diaper I wanted instead of the out of stock one, and asked them to send my order, and told them I would not be using them again after this order. I was upset and I figured they would be apologetic and try to fix the situation. Instead, they cancelled my order since they were ""unable to serve me"" (their words), and I still have not received a refund!! Never shopping with them again!

As with every situation, there are two sides of the story. We only want to express that we did attempt to contact this customer two times about her order. She claims that she did not receive these contacts although she did manage to receive all of our correspondence afterwards. It was only when she became threatening that we had decided to cancel her order and advise that we were “unable to serve her”. As for the claim of charging her card, we did not. Banks set aside funds as a pending transaction awaiting our capture. Because we did not fill her order, we did not capture. Because we did not capture the payment, there was nothing to refund. Furthermore, within minutes of cancelling her order, we contacted her bank and requested they lift the pending transaction.
Diaper Junction is a long standing company with a proven record of excellent customer service. We do everything we can to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations the first time…every time. Unfortunately there are some circumstances that we just cannot respond to.

Ive never had a problem with my orders, however I am not a huge fan of the site for the sheer fact that about 90% of the time it seems like atleast half their stock is OUT OF STOCK which is quite annoying. Clearly they either sell out very fast when they are restocked (and should maybe stock more next time) or they dont restock frequently enough in the first place. Also one item I had been waiting for, Diaper Rite covers, had a note that they would be in Mid April, which came and went, then it was changed to End of April, which also came and went, and they were finally In Stock yesterday, May 8th. Tons of people were waiting on these and they never made any comments that I saw saying they were having problems with the shipper which is what they finally told me when I hounded them enough. Just seems like they could do a bit better stocking their products and updating their customers.

Very disorganized and my first (and ONLY) shopping experience with Diaper Junction was terrible. I won't be back again. I have ordered diapers from several online retailers and this was the ONLY one that I had such a terrible experience with. One problem after another with my order. All I want to do is add items to my cart, checkout, receive my order. I didn't need the drama and craziness that ensued after my order. Good luck to the company. I see they have many satisfied customers, fortunately. But I'm not one of them.

Excellent communication and customer service. The product I had ordered was backordered and they called me right away and were friendly and accomodating when I asked to place the order on hold. A few days later, when I had seleccted a new AIO, they were prompt and accomodating again in confirming my order changes. The diapers arrived quickly and were well packaged. Perfect experience! Diaper Junction's website was the easiest of several I visited to navigate, get information, and make purchases, which was my first clue that the process would proceed smoothly. I placed a large order late Monday night and received the package on Wednesday. Granted, they're in Virginia and I'm in Maryland, but the order was picked, packed, and shipped the next day - and I received email notifications of each step. I couldn't be happier with the ease of ordering, speed of service, and quality of diapers received. Also, they have a great selection and competitive prices, and included a guide on how to care for cloth diapers with the package.

I ordered from them during black Friday. My order came quickly. I did have an issue with a broken item that was resolved immediately and replaced at no cost to me. If I could rate them 4.5 I would for one reason. One of the items I ordered (brand new) came with no packaging. It made me feel like it may have been a return. I bought two different colors of the same product so luckily one came with care instructions. Overall I was pleased with my order and would do business with them again. I just think it is relevant to mention the lack of packaging in case someone uses them for a gift.

I've made two purchases with Diaper Junction; one on Black Friday and the other last night using my stash cash. Both times shipping has been remarkably fast! My BF order shipped either Saturday or Monday after, and I had it the next week. By comparison, another purchase at a different retailer also on BF just arrived yesterday. I placed another order yesterday at 11PM EST, and just received notification that it shipped. That is awesome!! Combine that with their great customer service (check out their Facebook page) and I'm a huge fan!

This has been my fav online cloth diaper store so far. Competitive prices and a wide selection of brands for mom and baby. I wish they offered more brands, like applecheeks, episencials, bamboobies, etc, and that they had more coupon deals (although I like their daily deals). I have had nothing but positive experiences with Diaper Junction! Their staff is very knowledgable and experienced with using cloth diapers. Whenever I have had an issue with my diapers, like getting them clean, they were able to offer different techniques and solutions to get them back to almost new! Their staff is very small - two sisters and another young lady. When I talk to them, I get such a warm feeling - its like talking to my own sisters. They are truly in this business to help moms succeed with cloth diapering, breastfeeding, and anything else related to my babies. I feel very lucky to have found them and know they're on my side :)

I absolutely love everything about Diaper Junction. The ladies that own the store are so nice, and their staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The selection at Diaper Junction can not be beat--they have everything our family needs! Every order I have placed with Diaper Junction has been processed and shipped within 24 hours (with the exception of a holiday weekend). I have contacted them through their website late in the evening with questions about diaper care and have been surprised to see a response well outside of their business hours. I have visited their warehouse quite a few times and have been highly impressed with their hospitality. I love their Stash Cash program and have been able to get quite a few free diapers and accessories out of it. I always recommend following them on fb and getting on their mailing list to get the most up-to-date sale and coupon information. I love supporting family-owned businesses--the service can't be beat!

I have done business with many cloth diaper stores, both online and in person, and it has always gone smoothly. Diaper Junction is the only store that has ever been difficult. I have had multiple issues with them, including an item that I was expecting being out of stock, even though the website reflected it as in, my order had gone through, and I was charged. Like another reviewer, I also had problems with a coupon code, only mine was not expired. None of these would have been that big of a deal, except that the saleswoman handled it so rudely. Whatever you do, do not make a joke with them! They don't seem to know how to handle that, or how to treat their customers respectfully.
Each time there was a hiccup in my orders, I would try to work it out with them, but I ended up being verbally abused by their representative. It was pretty much the worst customer service I've ever experienced, although I remained polite and businesslike. Name-calling is definitely not a helpful approach for dealing with customer issues, especially when there are so many wonderful cloth diapering and natural products companies out there. I'm not sure why I ever shopped with Diaper Junction in the first place. For some reason, their name is well-known, but I think any store is a better choice. Overall, I could not recommend this company less.

Shipping is fast and customer service is nice. Any questions I’ve emailed received response the same day.
I am really turned off by the amount of products I am interested in that are unavailable. Some products note that they are out of stock when you go to the product page. Other products(items with multiple options) don't say they are out of stock until you try to add them to your cart. Still other products, like packages, are able to be added to your order and customer service later asks about removing or back ordering if part of the package is unavailable.
I understand product runs out but I wish there was a uniform, faster way to see what is in stock or not. It would save a lot of time shopping. I like the ability to add myself to waiting list on out of stock product. The problem is, it is only available on items that have 1 option and not things that come in multiple styles or materials.
I initially started shopping Diaper Junction because of their positive reviews, short shipping distance to my location and rewards program. The website could use some work when it comes to knowing what is in stock quickly though.
I haven’t had to return anything yet but I do like that some of the more pricey products have a 30 day return policy. I am more willing to try different products I initially didn’t want to potentially waste money on.

I stumbled across diaper junction on facebook and am really pleased with their selection! I am currently prepping to do cloth diapering for my little peanut that's due in January. This company has an awesome selection! They have had everything that has come recommended to me. The prices are very reasonable and I love that I get free shipping if I spend $49. Their clearance section is awesome too! I've managed to snag a few good diapers on there. I am extremely glad that I found this company - they're amazing!

Variety of products is great. Fast delivery, customer service response is quick and simple to follow. No problem encountered with return and reorder. We love our tot bot diapers from Bummies. Super print covers for the same price as the plain ones and can't say enough about the absorbency.

Very happy with my experience. Super fast shipping. I live on the opposite side of the US and received my diapers in 3 days! Site was easy to navigate. Great selection. Good quality. Nice deals on shipping and specials. Will DEFINITELY be using them again. Really happy!

I love Diaper Junction, this is my second time buying from them, even though the last couple of times I have not been able to get what I want because the product has not been in stock thats really my only complaint. They are quick in processing your order and fast. I have gotten my items within 2days after ordering. Oh and sometimes the website moves pretty slow, but not a big deal, great store to shop overall.

I am new to cloth diapering and I just love Diaper Junction and the DiaperRite prefolds! I put in an order just to ""try it out.""The shipping was quick and quality was great. I placed my second order within a week for the rest since I was more than satisfied. A+++

I love this company! I've placed a couple orders from the website and conveniently, I live right in Virginia Beach so I can pick my orders up instead of having them shipped. I've contacted customer service on 3 different occasions with questions and received a response in less than 24 hours each time! Great customer service and the products I received have been wonderful. I would recommend Diaper Junction to anyone!

I choose Diaper Junction over all the other shops online most of the time. They are speedy (I usually receive shipping confirmation in less than 24 hours) and have great prices. I love being able to buy gently used items as well.

Very happy with my purchase from Diaper Junction. It shipped quicky. The prices are comparable to a store we have in the area. I am a little disappointed that some of the patterns I like are out of stock when I check and that the used section is still priced higher than I would be willing to pay, but I love the rewards we receive and I look forward to purchasing more in the future.

I was very impressed with this online store! The prices were cheaper than a few other stores I've purchased from, the shipping was under $2 (and super fast), and the items were perfect! I placed an order on Thursday and received it on Saturday! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
