Shipping is FAST and packaging is always BEAUTIFUL. Prices are the best I've found and who doesn't love FREE SHIPPING?!!! They always send a handwriten note too, the personal touch and the time it takes to do it means a lot to me!

I can't get over how fantastic this store is. Their website is very user friendly, so it's easy to place orders, they ship *SUPER* fast (and it's FREE!), and my orders always come with a sweet note and beautifully packaged. I get the same top-notch service from Sweetbottoms whether I spend $10 or $100 and they consistently go beyond what is expected. I order from them first whenever I can which is easy since they are very well stocked. I can't send enough love their way for the excellent service I have received from them!

I just received my first ever order from Sweetbottoms. The website was easy to work with, it shipped out the very next morning (I ordered at night), and arrived quickly. The free shipping, cute wrapping and note, and soap sample were icing on the cake! Nice work!

I have placed 3 orders with SBBB between May and August 2012: two for myself and one for an expecting friend. I have been very pleased every time with the items I received, their condition, and the speed with which they arrived (and free shipping!). They also came wrapped in cute packaging with a nice note, to boot. I don't have a brick & mortar cloth diapering store close by, so I've done all of my research and shopping online, and when it comes to detergents and various CD accessories (diaper creams and such), I bought samples of everything I could find that I wanted to try, to find out what worked best for my family. SBBB has probably the largest selection of samples and trial sizes that I've come across; and they even have a program in place to provide one free sample of your choice (from a selection based on your order size) with each order. Overall very pleased with my shopping experience at SBBB and would not hesitate to shop there again.

Sweet bottoms baby boutique always has what I'm looking for in stock and ships very quickly. They package the items so cute, when it gets to your door it's like receiving a present! They've always been super helpful when it came to stupid questions I ask (lol) They ship free (which is AMAZING) and you acquire loyalty points. I LOVE this shop!

This is a fantastic site! The products are of high quality and the shipping is fast. When I receive my packages, they are wrapped nicely and come with a personal, hand written note on a business card, which I will share with my cloth diapering friends. Highly recommended!

I love this store and their online selection. The service is fast, the selection is amazing and the shipping is free (and wrapped!). I have ordered several times from SBB and the one time the item I ordered was out of stock, Beth contacted me to apologize and as an apology she included three free CJ's BUTTer cream samples! They also have an amazing newborn cloth diapering package and I am not even ashamed to say that I am excited to have Baby #2 so that I can use this service! This is a great store and I am happy that even if we move away from the physical store, I will always be able to shop online with them!

I have never posted a review on here before, but I joined just so I could say what a great experience I had with this store! I made such a small purchase, just wanting to try some samples of a detergent, and yet it was wrapped up so prettily within the shipping package. There was also a handwritten note on the back of the business card. It's little touches like that that will make me a return customer, including when I need to make larger purchases.
It was also funny when my order arrived to hear my husband say, ""You got something from Sweet baby sugar butt or something!""

Great store. Love the little extra touches with packaging and shipping is fast. The samples section is where I look first if I want to try something new. It's great to try a sample before buying a full size product. Saves a lot of money from being wasted.

This is the best diaper ordering experience I've had so far! Beth really knows customer service. The shipping was free and lightening fast from NC to AZ. I pulled my order out of the packaging to find it wrapped and tied with a ribbon. It also included a business card with a personal note and a product sample.
The only thing that I missed was a shipment confirmation email with tracking info, but it ended up not mattering since the order arrived so quickly.

Great company. I only buy from Sweetbottoms if I can help it. Beth is a wonderful lady and has helped me get started cloth diapering. Also very helpful in troubleshooting problems. Has a great variety and even better customer service. I never wait for more than 7 days for shipping, and when I need to ask a question I never wait more than 8 hours.

I LOVE this store! They have great selection and always have tons on sale. I love the super fast shipping that is free! I also love that Beth (the owner) is so sweet and helpful. I messed up on my order and she fixed it for me before she shipped it out. GREAT company!!!
