I just ordered from Green Diaper Demos for the first time and had a great experience! I was looking to buy some itti bitti diapers and could not find what I wanted anywhere except here. I put in my order and got a confirmation email immediately, followed by another email that my order had been packed up to ship *that night*. The next morning there was another email in my inbox with an order tracking number and within a few days my package arrived with three beautiful diapers and a handwritten 'thank you' on the order form. Ordering from GDD was a good choice and I would recommend them to anyone.

So pleased with Green Diaper Demos! Michelle's communication is outstanding, and the shipping was fast fast! I love this shop, Michelle is honest (refunded shipping overages right away) and is quite skilled at packing, was able to fit all my samples into a small flat rate box. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Diaper Demos to anybody, and I'm happy I'm not the only one who was so impressed!

I can't believe how fast I received my diaper shipment. It was shipped the same day. I'm thrilled that a free pocket diaper was included with my order, which was a free product for the month of December based on how much I spent. What impressed me even more, however, was that I received an email from Michelle personally to clarify a mistake on my end of the order. She could have easily ignored the mistake, but made it right so that I did in fact receive the free diaper (At the time of the order I didn't realize that I earned one).

Love this store! Michelle is super helpful, shipping is super fast and I've never had any problems with my orders. I've gotten all on my cloth diapers plus assesories form her and I always tell my friends and family to go to her too!

I recently ordered a bunch of CJ's BUTTer samples and couldn't be happier with my order! Michelle got my order processed my order the same night I submitted it AND she went the extra mile by seeing if all the little containers would fit into a flat rate box. She then sent me an email to let me know my box would be mailed the next morning AND that she was crediting my PayPal $7 since she was able to send my order in the flat rate box. She even sent along a small sample of Country Save detergent which I can't wait to try out. What a fantastic shopping experience. Thank you Michelle!!

I ordered during cyber monday and what I ordered was backordered...when I realized I hadnt gotten my order yet I emailed Michelle and got quick response. Once items were in they were shipped quickly..we had a problem with the Post Office but Michelle was on top of it and contacted them directly for me and settled it. She offers great customer service!! :)

I ordered from GGD during their cyber monday sale. I ordered things on back order. (which I appreciate because I could order things that were not in stock at the sale price) and I just received my order. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. Everything was packed beautifully and my freebies (a size 2 thirsties duo and itti bitti wipes) made this order over the top. Just the pricing alone was worth the order. I am so pleased to have found this site and I plan to use it almost exclusively in the future.

Great company! Has great sales, and listens to requests when offereing free diapers angs gifts! FAST shipping! The only retailer I know that will ship instock items while waiting on preorders and backorders if you really need items and not charge more for it! Michelle is also quick to answer questions.

Green Diaper Demos had Soft Bums Omni in stock when no one else did. My order was shipped quickly and correctly. Even now Michelle is working with me to resolve amonia issues! Very happy, will use again and will recommend to others.

I was having an ammonia emergency and every place in town was out of the Rockin' Green Funk rock. Thankfully this wonderful mama had some, and met up with me in town to deliver. Super awesome! I can't say enough good things about her customer service. Whenever I've emailed a question, I've always had a superfast response.

Great communication and customer service, very knowledgeable. I got a 20% off coupon through Mothering magazine (I think!) which was why I chose to shop in her online store, and I'm really glad I did. Would order again, with or without a coupon.
I wish I lived in Washington! A diaper demo party sounds so fun!

I shopped here on black friday because her prices on the items I was interested in were already low, making them excellent, too-good-to-turn-away-from deals after adding the black friday discount. I placed my order online and received excellent customer service. Due to the holiday season, there was some back order issues on one of the items I'd ordered. She contacted me immediately to give me the option of choosing an alternate color. I received some nice free items with the purchase upon receipt as well.
Because I am not local to her store location, she sent me a variety of both written and video directions for use of my softbums purchase as well. I will order with this vendor again.
