i ordered 2 swim diapers aug 7/ 2012 and now sept 7th nothing has come... i have called 10 times left numerous msgs, emailed and nothing... my account says processing...these were gifts and now might not fit...they never said anything about a delay. i'm very upset. customer service here is non existant.

I've ordered from SoGreenBaby many times over the past two years and have had nothing but great experiences. I usually pick up my order but because of time constraints I asked my dad to pick up my order (he lives a lot closer then I do). I had ordered two large hanging wetbags and by mistake was given two medium sized ones and of course, my dad wouldn't know the difference. I contacted Natasha the next day and she offered to drive them out to me bc I needed them for a birthday party the following day and wouldn't have time to go and get them from her. I live just over an hour away from the store and the fact that she was willing to drive out of her way to come and bring me the product was fantastic. She arrived on time (early Saturday morning) with the two bags. Any time I've had an issue with anything (i.e. snaps that fell off during the first washing or wrong colour of dipe) Natasha was quick to respond and make it right.
I would totally recommend SoGreenBaby to anyone and everyone looking for a CD retailer in the GTA :)

I am very disappointed in the response time and overall customer service of So Green Baby. I ordered a diaper sprayer over a month ago, and at the time they were out of stock and told me it would be a week before they get a new shipment. I have been emailing and calling So Green Baby every week since about their latest status, and they have not picked up or answered my emails. I have been very patient with them as I know it is a home business, but a business is a business. They can't even respond to an email to let their customers know about the status of their merchandise? That is just ridiculous. I have to now go through PayPal to try and get my money back. I am not even upset about the money, it's more about wasting all this time only to have to find the product somewhere else.
Stay away from So Green Baby, at all cost!

We discovered the sprayer ordered was damaged, so reordered from the supplier. We advised her that the shipment was delayed crossing the border, but was subsequently lost by Canada Post. Unfortunately, this looks like a case of lost emails on both sides.

Ive been trying to find a Canadian online retailer that offers good selection and hosts an occasional sale. I've bought elsewhere before, but I will most definitely be buying from so green baby again and again.
The package shipped within a couple days of my order being submitted, the selection of goods at the store is really great and I just bought a bunch of clearance rumparooz for an almost unheard of clearance price!
I am greatly impressed with this store and I hope the small number of negative reviews are the exception to an otherwise fantastic company.

I am surprised to see so many 5 star reviews here. Glad other people have not had the same troubles I did.
I found the customer service to be greatly lacking! I had issues with a late order, and they emailed me back telling me that I would be receiving a credit and my order should be there by a certain time. When neither of these things happened I emailed again (3 or more times over a couple of weeks) with no response.
I did in the end get my order and the shipping credit that they offered (because they put my order in an envelope instead of a more reliable shipping method - without consulting me on it. - I would have preferred to pay the whole amount & had a tracking number) but I still have not even heard back from them.
With how slow they were to ship it out and the lack of customer service/response, I will not be using this company again.

I love So Green Baby! I mostly order from Natasha and I have never had a problem. She is quick to answer any question I have and she stocks a wide array of diapers, accessories and other baby items. Delivery is very fast in the GTA and I have never had a problem receiving my package.
If I did have a problem with the delivery of a package it wouldn't be So Green Baby's fault, it would be the Post Office/mail carrier. I feel it necessary to make this distinction after reading the last comment.
You won't be disappointed with So Green Baby!

I had two transactions of buying cloth diapers. Service is fast and good. But have two complains,
first of all, delivery method is not reliable.
They offer free delivery on orders over $50, but one time the delivery was left at door without any notice, second time, delivered to another house, luckily they come to my house and give it to us,both cases could end up lost our orders. Secondly they didn't include any washing instructions which definitely is a problem for first time colth diaper users.

So Green Baby is pretty much the only place I shop online for diapers. The prices are lower than other Canadian sites and the free shipping on orders over $49 is outstanding. You never see that offered in Canada. It is actually cheaper and more convenient for me to order from them with free shipping than it is to go to my local cloth diapering store.
The items always ship out quickly, even with free shipping. I also love the communication through email and facebook.
I always recommend so green baby whenever I can.

First I have to say I love this company! They have an amazing selection, the rewards points are awesome, what a great way to thank customers! And free shipping over 49$, i havent seen any other companies offering that.
I have made many purchases from so green baby, and initially they had very quick shipping, I would have my diapers 2-3 days after placing my order, once I even got then the next day! But the past few times I've ordered its taken closer to a week, i made an order on tuesday and today (friday) its still sitting as payment received. I don't really mind waiting, but when shipping policies state that they ship within 1 business day I have to say I'm slightly disappointed that the fast shipping seems to be slipping.

I am not one to usually write reviews but I have been so pleased with this company that I just HAD to come write one.
Natasha is VERY easy to communicate with. The customer service is IMPECCABLE... Since ordering from the sogreenbaby.com i have NOT ordered from another online site as i was simply too please with this one.
Their points program is a fun way to thank her customers and i have used it many times (to cover parts of my order or to cover shipping).
There is a great variety of items in this store and If you see something you want but isn't there, this store is all ears in hearing you out. (I had requested Rumparooz a while back...and it's there! yay)
this store is top notch! Love it! Good job guys!

Such great customer service and super fast shipping. I would recomend this store to anyone looking for cloth diaper related items. Really nice getting a break on shipping as well.
Natasha even sent my items to a friends house so that I could get the free shipping because we live out in the boonies and it would have been an extra charge from the PO. I was so impressed.

Natasha and her store are great. I love the products and variety she sells, shipping rates are the best deal around, and the items ship so quickly. There are sometimes little extras that arrive in your order too! I like the points that you can collect with purchases. I'm always stopping by the site to see what's new.

I attended one of Natasha's cloth diaper workshops and found it really informative and educational, even though I've been using cloth for more than a year and have already done a lot of research! If you're confused about all the different kinds of cloth systems out there, you should definitely make the time to attend a workshop.
I placed an order with So Green Baby last week and it came promptly, too.
I'm really impressed with the communication at So Green Baby - Natasha is great at responding to emails and phone calls!
