Caterpillar baby has quickly become my go-to supplier for all things cloth diapering, and I have referred them to many people. Their prices are the lowest I have found, plus flat-rate if not Free shipping, and items always arrive so quickly! Tanya is really on-the-ball, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and is very knowledgable. She was so patient answering all my questions when I was first starting out. Honestly, my experience has been so positive that I confess I've been going to her rather than an acquaintance I know who also sells cloth diapers and accessories.

Very fast shipping! I keep placing orders with Caterpillar Baby because they come so fast. Orders placed before 3:00pm usually come without 24 hours! Great customer service as well and they respond to emails very quickly.

I found this company when I was looking for a specific product (Thirsties duo) - they had the best selection and price. After placing my order, I realized I had picked the wrong pattern for one of the diapers. I sent an email asking to change it, and I got a quick response saying it wasn't problem. They have great service, selection and shipping turnaround time. Definitely my new go-to for cloth diapering! There are a few local stores I could go to but I will choose caterpillar baby over them any time!

I have just placed my third order from Caterpillar Baby. They have great prices, including shipping prices, and they seem really great to deal with. I asked a couple questions on Facebook and they have been really good to respond to them. The orders arrive very promptly - within a couple of days. I plan on ordering more in the future. Very pleased.

My experience with Caterpillar Baby was great! I'm new to cloth diapering and the only local store near me is very over priced and does not have a variety of brands to choose from. I spent an entire day searching online for the store that offered the products I was looking for at the price I was looking for and Caterpillar Baby was that store! I excitedly made my order and was very pleased to be notified the next business day that my order had been shipped and it arrived at my door today in less than a week!! I will be shopping here again, this is my go to store for my cloth diapering needs!

I love how fast my items are shipped. I wrote them and requested they bring CJ's into stock and they wrote me back saying they would look into it. I would love if they sold Cj's BUTTer. They have a great selection on cloth diapers and I am pleased with the items they offer. I would love to see them offer some BottomBumpers. Perhaps in the future. Thanks Caterpillar Baby

Wow, I just placed an order with this company yesterday and received it THE NEXT DAY! Also, the accept PayPal, which I LOVE for online shopping. The website is great, the emails I received regarding my order had a tracking number with a link right to Canada Post, which is just so much easier than typing it in yourself, and really that was probably the fastest service ever. Also, everything was packed tightly into one box (LOVE that it wasn't rattling around or in ten boxes), and all my stuff was in perfect condition (not dusty, etc.) I loved the service so much that I ordered something else today, and I can see it has been shipped already and I'll probably get it tomorrow. Top notch.

All I can say is WOW! I ordered on Friday afternoon and my inserts were delivered on Monday morning! You can't ask for faster turnaround. Great website, competitive prices and excellent communication. I will definitly be adding this site to my favorites.

I have ordered from Catepillar Baby twice -- last year and then this year again. Great service. Last year they had some stuff out of stock but contacted me right away and gave me good options, even offerred to cover shipping because of the issue. Got the stuff when they said I would. This year, it all came lickey split! Their prices are excellent, about 30-40% LESS than the diaper stores I have visited in person in Southern Ontario. Great Canadian company. Great prodcuts too.

Just received my first order of prefolds & Flip diapers from Caterpillar Baby! It was so easy and fast plus free shipping too! The site is easy to navigate and the prices are good! Looking forward to trying my new diapers!

i ordered my first shipment of cloth diapers from this site today! their prices were great! their website is awesome, and easy to use! My order was shipped the same day that i placed it, and i received it in the mail the next day! GREAT COMPANY

I was very impressed. Other companies I have tried have had all sorts of unexpected costs that magically appeared after I ordered. Caterpillar Baby confirmed my order quickly and delivery with within 48 hours, and all the costs appeared before I paid, which was great! I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

I received my order confirmation within an hour of ordering...even though it was midnight! My order came in 3 days (more like 2 since I ordered so late at night). Customer service is great and my emails are always answered ASAP and with loads of info.

Very fast service, I placed my order and received a shipping notice in one and a half hours. The website is easy to use with some great information and a good range of diaper products. Also I ordered some Wollybottoms soakers in a size too big and exchange was not a problem and very quick.

The diaper covers I wanted came in and Tanya emailed me to let me know, so I ordered and they were shipped the same day! Got the package the next day and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
