Catherine (the owner of bouncing babies) is amazing. Her customer service is second-to-none. I needed a pail and pail liner immediately (I started CD-ing a little prematurely, not realizing I needed these items) and she made special arrangements to get them to me ASAP - and she had a 4 week old baby at home at the time!
I've also attended one of her CD-ing workshops and she is so informative. She will give you an un-biased view of all of the CD-ing options as well as a great informative handout with all of the ""how-to's"" of CD-ing.

I was so relieved when I found Catherine's online shop and realized I could do local pickup! It has saved me a lot on shipping. She is very knowledgable on all cloth diapers and very helpful when picking brands or asking questions about them. I love that my favorite brand of cloth (sposoeasy) is one that she carries!

Catherine is WONDERFUL to work with. She was very patient with my many questions and always replied very quickly. Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Carries a great variety of diapers. Really makes you feel like an important customer and really cares that you find what is right for you. I can't say a single bad thing about the whole experience.

I contacted Catherine after meeting her at the Baby and Toddler fair in Yaletown last month. I needed to order cloth diapers and pronto. I only had 10 diapers and 10 month old twins! I had decided to go with fitteds, and specifically with Thirsties Fab Fitted diapers and Covers. Catherine did not have our size in stock, so she had them shipped directly from the Thirsties Company, still with free shipping! She stayed in constant contact, and let us know that the diapers had been ordered etc. They arrived within the week! The diapers are a great fit for my babies, and we are leak free! I would order from Bouncing Babies again in a flash!

I went online trying to find a Canadian supplier of Fuzzi Bunz diapers at a
great price. I came across Bouncing Babies (located in Surrey, BC) and was
surprised that the prices were in Canadian dollars, because they were so
competitive in price, I assumed it was US currency. On top of that, there
was a discount for purchasing a dozen. Cloth diapers are an investment so I
reviewed several online stores before selecting this one. I had one question
and sent an email at 9pm. By 10:30pm the same day my question had been
answered and a link sent to me to make things easy.
I ordered my 12 fuzzi bunz diapers at about noon on Thursday. No word of a
lie, I opened my door at 8am on Friday (less than 24 hours later) in Nelson,
BC to see my new diapers, which came with free shipping as I had met the
minimum order requirements. The order was perfect; there was also a
complimentary cloth wipe, use and care information and a copy of my receipt
for warranty purposes.
I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Catherine is awesome to deal with!! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you are happy with the product. Any time I had a question, she was prompt with answering my e-mails and even drove out to my home (in Abbotsford) twice to help me out. I absolutely love the sposoeasy cotton diapers and find them the easiest and best fitting diaper. I wish I had switched to cloth sooner.
