At first I thought they had dropped the ball on my order when I didn't receive it when I expected to, so I emailed them and they were quick to respond. We went back and forth for a while until I took a look at the shipping invoice and realized I'd written my address wrong! Woops :) Communication was wonderful and greatly appreciated!!

I am not please with the service from this company. Very difficult to get in touch with, sales department does not respond to emails.
I placed an order on September 5th. I have not been notified if it has even shipped. The ID number they gave me on the receipt does not work.
Would like to get a response from someone who works at the company but I have a feeling that I have been ripped off.

Michelle and her husband bring back the 'ma and pa' feel back to Racine. I have always been so impressed with the level of personal care given to customers. Michelle is willing to help, remembers who you are, and is all together great to work with. My family and I will continue to shop with her and nobody else because we are impressed; to put it simply, we have never had service quite like RG Natural Babies has to offer!
