Love doing business with this company. Super fast shipping, fair prices, great products! I placed an order on a Saturday afternoon and received my products Monday (across the country)! What an awesome company with fantastic customer service!!! I changed my mind about my order and Merideth was so nice, friendly, and helpful! I was able to get my order changed and get everything I wanted; the store is well-stocked and the website is very user-friendly. I've also noticed there's usually a good sale code, too. My experience with Go Go Natural was altogether positive; I would recommend this business to anyone!

GoGoNatural is one of my favorite places to shop. Meredith provides amazing customer service, great advice and crazy fast shipping! I have placed many orders with her and most recently was able to do a local pick up when I found myself stranded in a hotel in Arizona with my newborn daughter. Meredith was incredibly generous with her time and made sure we had the diapers we needed right away. This is the way to run a business!!

It seems that those who have made a direct order with Meredith have had no problems, while those of us who have tried out her layaway option have experienced less than stellar service.
As there is not enough room to detail my two-week long saga (not counting layaway time) with Meredith, I will say that I experienced: poor record keeping, extremely long response time to problems, lack of communication and excuses. I am very disappointed with the irresponsible service I received and I will not be ordering from GoGo Natural ever again.

Gogo natural is a GREAT company and happy that it is local which helps with fast shipping and assistance on Diaper gear when needed. Meredith even offered to teaching me a few things about cloth diapers in person which is awesome! I could not be happier with my order. I emailed the owner the night that I ordererd because I had a concern about the date the diapers would be shipped and she emailed me right away and explained everything. I was so relieved because I had already paid and thought I was going to recieve a pre order, but in fact I was mistaken. I recieved the diapers a couple of days after I ordered them. I honestly can't remember the last time I had such excellent customer service. I was really taken back by it, truely. Thank you so much for being so wonderful! I love my new diapers!!

I love GoGo Natural! I have ordered from Meredith 4 times and every time has been a smooth transaction with super fast shipping. I was contacted immediately about an order that I placed where the color of diaper I wanted was not available...she went ahead and shipped the rest of my order and as soon as I gave her a replacement color for the one diaper, I got an e-mail saying it had shipped! Meredith is definitely on top of things! I also love the deals she runs. I've received a few free Dinkle Dooz diapers with my orders and they're great. Thanks Meredith.:0)

I've ordered from this store two times. The first time, no problems. This last time I put diapers on layaway and paid my 30% down payment; April 3rd I paid my remaining balance before even being invoiced-- I wanted my diapers early. Anyway, as soon as I pay my balance I get a confirmation email thanking me for my payment and stating my order would be shipped out right away. Well, two weeks pass and no package arrives so I email Meredith on the 16th asking if there's a tracking number I can look up (because I was never sent an email stating my package had been shipped in the first place). Another day passes and no response. So this morning I again email Meredith and later in the day I get an email stating my package has been shipped and that's it... Meredith never emailed to apologize or explain what happened. Honestly, I would have taken any excuse because I know life happens, but the fact that there has been no communication is the part the bothers me the most.

I frequently order from Meredith. She is always quick to fill orders, polite and professional.
My only issue was with an order of inserts. I ordered 6, but only 5 were actually in stock. I was 2 or 3 weeks before the last one was in stock. Meredith offered a discount on any of the other brands she did have in stock. I really needed that specific one, so I held out. I understood the dilemna and had no qualms about it, but she still insisted on giving me a $5 off voucher or free shipping on my next order.
Another time, I ordered some soap in the morning, and it had already arrived in the mail the next afternoon. Granted, I only live about 35 minutes away in the next town, but that is how prompt and efficient she is.
Another order, I choose Store Pickup because I knew I'd be in that area in the next few days. I placed the order, 1 minute later recieved a conformation email, 8 minutes later recieved an email that my items were ready for pickup!
Order from GoGoNatural and you will definitely leave a satisfied customer.

This is my first time ordering from gogo natural and at first I was going to leave a not so good review because it took about 2 weeks to get my items. But it was not Meredith's fault. It was FedEx who took forever. I emailed back and forth with Meredith and she was very kind and said she was also upset about my shipment. She asked what she could do to make things right which I think is amazing;) I received all my items plus an extra free diaper as well as some amazing coupon codes to use throughout the year!! I will definitely be ordering from her again but next time I'll pay for upgraded shipping with priority mail!

I am new to CDing and Meredith has been nothing less than a godsend. I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start but she spent time over several phone calls answering all my questions and giving me much needed and appreciated advice. I had made a couple of CD purchases from other websites before I discovered Gogonatural.com and actually ended up returning them because Meredith's prices can't be beat (especially with the applied coupon codes she emails you when you sign up for her newsletter). After my first few purchases, I decided to register for all my cloth diapering items through the Gogonatural Baby Gift Registry and am now fully stocked with my stash and accessories awaiting our first baby. I have made several orders from Meredith since beginning my cloth diaper stash in February 2011 for my third (but first in cloth diapers) child due this September. I have always experienced great customer service and response time. My only con would be that there has been a lack of color choices available in stock for the x-small and small Perfect Size Fuzzibunz diapers.

Although my son just turned 16 months old, I'm a newbie to CD'ing. There are so many options in CD'ing that making a decsion on which diaper to purchase was very confussing. I shopped around to other stores and when I found GoGo Natural I breathed a sigh of relief. The diaper descriptions are clear. The ordering is very user friendly. And best of all there are soo many choices. I tend to stay with what I know and what I like so I will probably be making most of my CD purchases from this store.

I have ordered cloth diapers a few times from GoGo Natural. Excellent service! Meredith is very informative and helpful with any questions you may have. After almost a year with my first born, I became very interested in cloth diapers and started researching every brand name I could find. I had no idea all I had to do was pick up the phone and schedule a consultation with Meredith for help! She showed me all the brands, types, sizes, and gave all the advise needed to switch to cloth. With my second child, I didn't even bother with online research. I went straight to Meredith for advise and new products. Now my task is to get all my family member parents on board with the cloth diaper experience. I will never go back to full time disposable diaper use :-)

I have never had better service than with gogonatural! First of all, I am an expectant mom with lots of questions about cloth diapering. I was so surprised when I called the company with a few questions that the actual owner, Meredith answered. She was so helpful and informative. I have placed 3 orders with them since then and all have arrived within a week. One of my orders I decided to make a change to the colors of the diapers the next day and she responded to me quickly and made the changes no problem. In addition, I love that you can always find coupons for gogonatural making their prices the best! I will continue to buy my diapers here and 100% recommend it to friends. You can't go wrong with gogonatural!

We purchased our original diapers through her layaway plan
I love her clearance items and her prices are better than others. If you have an issue she is quick to resolve it and you are able to chat real time as she is online quite often. The shipping is faster than other places.The items are always packaged nicely. We have placed numerous orders and received them within 5 days.
We also love the fact that we are supporting a work at home momma :-) I will be ordering more from go go natural in the very near future! A++++ all the way!

I have ordered from Meredith multiple times and the order has been perfect, quick to arrive, and overall great! I recently was visiting Arizona, and was worried I wouldn't have enough of the disposable Flip inserts for the car ride home! I had won things from GoGo Natural twice, and they were very fabulous with the shipping, and today I just received my first actual order from them. I got it super fast and they are absolutely wonderful with customer service. There was a problem with my order (not their fault or mine, it was the manufacturer), and they called and were very nice about handling the situation. All my cloth diaper purchases have been through GoGoNatural because the customer service is great, and she always has very competetive prices. There are always sales going on that save me tons of money, and I can honestly say that I haven't paid full price for anything in my CD stash. Meredith (the owner) let me come over to see all the diapers/products and ask questions. She is very knowledgeable, and is good at answering CD questions. When I found that a certain CD system wasn't for us, she had no problem taking back the CD that had not been used and gave me a refund no questions asked. I also love that she is local and so I don't have to worry about paying for shipping. I would highly recommend GoGoNatural!

A woman (I believe it was the owner) answered the phone right away when I called with a question about an order I was about to place. I heard a baby in the background, which was so cute - I'm buying diapers from a WAHM - love it! I've ordered from gogonatural several times before, and each time, I have received excellent customer service, great prices, and fast shipping. I ordered a Fuzzi Bunz package from GoGoNatural and put in what colors I wanted. Within 10 minutes of finishing my order, I had an email from Meredith letting me know that they didnt have one of the colors and asking what colors I would like to replace them with. Great customer service, very quick ordering and delivery (FREE! YAY!) and with the online coupon code I found, I saved well over $70 on my whole order. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

GoGo Natural has a large selection of natural parenting products. They offer a wide variety of cloth diapers, so there is something for everybody. The customer service is what I really appreciate! You can find them on Twitter and they readily answer any questions you may have whether it be about their store, cloth diapering, or general green parenting. They are very friendly and promptly respond to their customers. Shipping is also very quick and I was very happy with the packaging, as my diapers arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely order from GoGo Natural in the future!

I have only ordered from GoGo Natural a few times, but I am highly impressed with the sales and discounts they offer through out their store (especially around the holidays). I often compare their sales and prices with other cloth diaper websites, and each time GoGo Natural has the better deal. They also ship quickly and the free shipping on orders over $75 is an added bonus! Not only do they have great prices but they also have a HUGE selection of items and brands. I definitely will be ordering from this store in the future!

GoGo Natural and Meredith are the best! I have placed a couple of orders so far and have been quite satisfied. I'm thrilled to be on her mailing list now, too, to get in on the latest deals. I am new to cloth diapering but have done lots and lots of window shopping and find that the prices and promotions are some of the best around.

Had a wonderful experience with gogonatural.Response time and delivery time were incredibly fast! I took advantage of a diaper trial and it was the perfect way to figure out what kind of diapers to use. Will definitely be ordering from Meredith again!

Awesome service! Items I had ordered turned out not to be in stock, and I received a phone call from the owner asking me about substitutions the same day I ordered. She even allowed for substitution of slightly more expensive styles since the error was not my fault (the items were listed as in-stock online). She was very helpful and still got my items shipped out that day. When my diapers came they were exactly what I wanted (including the substitutions) and arrived on-time. I would definitely recommend this business to others and will use her again if/when I need more diaper supplies in the future.

GoGo Natural accomodated my needs, even down to the order pick up time. Placed and picked up my order same day (since I am local). All my questions were answered by phone the previous day and the new ones that came up that day. Meredith is knowledgeable and keeps a great inventory to choose from.

I recently purchased a new laundry detergent from GoGo Natural. I have been having problems with my diapers leaking and causing diaper rash on my 4 month old son. I used the diapers for my first son for 13 months and then discontinued their use after he was getting rashes. It turns out our hard water and my laundry regimine was causing build up in the diapers. I was ready to give up and purchase new diapers. However, Meredith worked with me to use the new detergent she recommended correctly for my machine. The diapers are improving and I am confident I will be able to use them for the rest of my second son's diaper experience. Thank you Meredith for saving my diapers and my money!!

I placed on order on a Friday morning and paid extra for 2-day priority mail shipping. The payment was processed that day. On Monday, I was notified it was shipped via USPS. So I believe I will get my order on Wednesday or Thursday at the absolute latest. I call Thursday afternoon when the mail arrives without my package and the tracking info still says only electronic shipping information has been received. I called twice, leaving one voicemail with no response that evening or the next morning. I emailed that evening, also with no response. Finally I call Friday afternoon when there is still no package or response from Ms. Abney. At this point, USPS tracking info says the package was received and processed at the Phoenix facility Thursday night at 9:40 p.m. That is nearly a week after my order and also after my unanswered phone calls, voicemails and emails. While my shipping costs were refunded, I have not yet received the product. I am disappointed that the package was likely not given to USPS until Wednesday or Thursday after the order was placed on the previous Friday and reportedly shipped on Monday.
