We had bought a whole package before our son was born that included prowrap covers. Once he was born, it became apparent that these were not working with out LO. I called MCDC and they worked with me to figure out a diaper cover that would work (my LO has an abnormally large belly...hehe) and sent me a Wonder Wraps cover to try. Once I determined that these would work, she exchanged all my unworn prowrap covers for Wonder Wraps. When I was ready to try an OS AIO diaper, I asked what would be recommended based upon our love of Wonder Wraps, Happy Heiny's were suggested. I have ordered one of these and I love it! The shipping is speedy and the suggestions are always very helpful! What a great place to buy cloth!

Maine Cloth Diaper offers a great selection of products and has very good and PERSONAL customer service. I had a gift registry with them and have placed several orders, as well. They are always very friendly and helpful when I call or email with a question or issue (people who made purchases from my registry said the same). They always ship my items VERY quickly, so I usually get them the very next day. They are also very communicative if I have ordered a back-ordered item and if there will be a delay for any reason, they let me know when I can expect the item or they offer me an alternative color that they have in stock instead. They are great!

Since I have allergies that make me sensitive to chemicals and fragrances, we knew that our son would have to be cloth diapered before he was even born. We purchased their complete diapering system, replaced the Prorap covers with the Thirsties, and have been very impressed with how easy it has been to cloth diaper.
Christy and her team have provided us with outstanding customer service. She has answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
I would recommend this diapering system and company to anyone who wanted to cloth diaper their babies.

MCDC are wonderful! Christy has been there to answer my questions and give advice and they are very knowledgable and nice. Their products and the variety are great! I am a Mainer but am not local to their store so I need my orders shipped, which come fast and they are good with communication. Highly recommended!

I have had very good customer service with Christy and Jenny.
My order came very soon after I ordered it. I was also in a store in my home town, when a package came in from Maine Cloth Diaper Co., and the package showing up so soon, was very pleasing to the person that ordered it. The package was very neat and well packaged. I also like the fact that the store also has a very homey atmosphere in which a mother can come in with her children, rest, rock or change their baby and nurse in a comfortable setting. The children also have a little play area.
