My experience with the Cloth Diaper Outlet was wonderful. Heather was amazingly fast at answering questions by email and there was a slight mistake with my order but she went over and above to correct it. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use then in the future. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received!

I LOVE Cloth Diaper Outlet. I have referred all my friends to them!! I live in Tennessee and I always get my packages within a week!! They have amazing customer service, and great deals!! They are the only cloth diaper site I have bought from!!

I was so amazed at the quick turn around time of my order. I ordered Wednesday afternoon and it was in my mailbox (on the opposite side of the country) on Friday morning. I find this especially amazing considering it was free shipping (which usually entails a couple weeks with other companies). The products came nicely shipped and were exactly what I ordered. I'd give them a 6 if I could. Will definitely use them again :-)

Great selection and AWESOME fast free shipping! I put my order in after 10pm on Thursday, and my order was here at 10am on Monday! I will definitely be ordering from them again! :)

These people are awesome. I dont usually write reviews but these people motivated me by going out of their way to help me. My son needed lost his Wubbanub and they went out of their way to get me one quickly which makes bedtime much easier for me. thanks!
