I love ordering from Abby's Lane. I love the free shipping. Most items are always in stock and if you contact via phone/email, they always get back to you quickly. Haven't had any problems.

I LOVE this online diaper store!! The owner has always been extremely fast & helpful in answering all of my questions – and she doesn’t just give a generic answer to your questions or problems you are having; she first asks questions to diagnose your specific problem and gives you solutions from there. She is very personable, friendly and resourceful. Her selection is the best I’ve found so far and the free shipping is unbeatable. I have yet to need a product that she doesn’t carry. I also love her newsletter as it addresses questions/concerns that you may have regarding cloth diapering. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my shopping experiences at Abby’s Lane. Every time I order or receive an email from her I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Great to deal with. I love that they have a wide selection of diapers which gave me the opportunity to order and try a couple different styles with one stop shopping and no shipping cost. Everything was timely and she emailed me promptly about no stock on Bum Genius Bamboo Fitteds. She refunded my money and I will definitely order when she gets more in. The only suggestion I would give is if she would include washing care with the diapers, some are hard to find for pre-wash instructions. Other than that Abby's Lane will be my main source for ordering.

I have ordered 3 times from Abby's Lane and so far they have been great! I have nothing negative to say about them because between the time I place the order and the time I receive my package is pretty quick. I would recommend them to anyone!

After months of online searching, I bought my initial supply of diapers from Abbyslane.com. The service I received was phenomenal and after expressing my fears/concerns of cloth diapering twins, I was reassured by Stephanie that I could do it. I have since purchased all of the pocket diapers I use on my 6 month old twin boys and LOVE them. Best of all, the diapers were shipped right away and were exactly what I had ordered. I appreciate the regular emails I receive letting me know of new products as well as how to get the most out of what I have. If you are looking for a great price and great service, look no further than Abbyslane!

I have been shopping at Abby's Lane for five years, and the customer service has been nothing short of amazing. Abby's Lane is *the* place I go for my green shopping; Stephanie is always so helpful, and the one time I had an issue with a product (months after purchasing it, mind you) she was right there for me and helped me resolve the issue extremely quickly. I find myself recommending her store everywhere I go; to family, friends, and complete strangers who are always asking where I purchased my cute gear. Thanks so much for all of the years of wonderful products and great shopping experiences :)

Was not very professional. I ordered some super-do's from Abby's Lane, and quickly changed my mind because she was not going to be shipping for another week. She refunded my money, and all was well. Over a week later, I received the super-do's in the mail! I emailed her and stated I received them on accident, and wondered what I should do. She wanted me to go to the post office and ship them back to her. This is not very easy with a 4 month old baby at home! She said she would refund what I spent on shipping. After I told her it was not an easy task for me, she said she'd either sell them to me, or send me a mailer and I can put it in our box. I understand she wants them back, but she never once apologized or thanked me for telling her. I could have kept them, and she would have never known. And - she will be selling these to someone else, what if I used them? What if I spilled something on them, or my dog licked them? Now they are going to be used on someone's baby, and doesn't know where they have been. I will not be dealing with Abby's Lane, I would advise you to go some where else if you want to deal with someone a little more professional.

I was looking for some BG AIOs and was unable to locate the colors that I wanted elsewhere.
I called Abby's Lane and she was so sweet and checked for me the amount of the colors I was looking for to make sure they were in stock before I ordered. I received them a few days later and couldn't be happier with my purchase :) I look forward to doing business with them again in the future :)

Abby's Lane is amazing!!! I will buy from here whenever possible :) I had a lot of problems with paypal because I accidentally clicked echeck and she was above and beyond helpful and got my order to me within two days!! Response time was lightning fast and I never felt like I was being annoying. Great great customer service! I can't say enough!

I will DEFINITELY shop here again! I bought an Ergo at like 11 PM, emailed her to ask if she could please ship it ASAP as we are going on vacation in a few days. She emailed me back THAT NIGHT to let me know that she would ship in the morning, and I got it 2 days later!
I was extremely happy with my experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Oh, and I was about to purchase from somewhere else, but I noticed that even though they had free shipping on Ergos, they were charging me shipping anyways because I ordered a waist extender. So, I went over to Abby's Lane and got free shipping on my whole order :)

I am so impressed with Abby's Lane! When I recently emailed for a discount code for new customers (the announcement for which I found here on Diaper Pin), I got a reply in less than 24 hours! Then, when I placed my order, I received a personal phone call from (on a Sunday!) letting me know that the PF's were on order, but that the covers would ship out immediately. I received the covers on Tuesday - and I'm on the west coast... Amazing customer service and lightning fast shipping – that’s free! And of course they carry fantastic products. I also really appreciate the advice section of the Abby’s Lane website. It is informative, comprehensive, and down to earth. No looking-down-their-noses finger wagging here. Just helpful information from folks who are clearly extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to what they do and sell.

I have had a wonderful experience with Abby's Lane. I was looking for a few items in particular and was having a hard time finding everything that I wanted at other stores I was looking at. I would have had to order from several places to meet my needs. I came across Abby's Lane and found everything that I was looking for in the colors/styles that I wanted. I was pleased to see that free shipping was offered, so I went ahead and ordered everything I needed to complete my CD arsenal. I placed my order on Monday afternoon. I received an email early Tuesday morning saying my order would ship that day, and I received the package today (Thursday)! I;m very impressed and will order again from Abby's Lane.

I really wanted a Happy Heiny Blue Dragon print size large and Abby's Lane had one so I drabbed it! I am very happy with how quickly it got to me and I am so glad she still had the one diaper I was looking for.

My experience with Abby's Lane was wonderful! I placed an order Sunday evening, got an email that my order shipped on Monday morning, and already have it in my hands today (Wednesday)!
Her prices were great, the customer service was wonderful, and I loved the fact that I could order one diaper and still get free shipping. Plus, by joining her yahoo group at the bottom of the page, you get coupons from her for the store on a regular basis. I'll definitely be shopping at Abby's Lane again!

I wish I could give her more than a 5. Stephanie is wonderful! I placed my order probably around 10pm last night. She emailed me today to let me know she would ship out my order tomorrow. On Christmas Eve! I wasn't expecting it to ship out until after Christmas. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. Their prices are really great and she does not up her prices to cover for the free shipping on all purchases.
I definitely will be using abbyslane.com for all of my CD purchases!

I have purchased all of my diapers at Abby’s Lane for over a year. They have excellent products, prices, and customer service. The one time that I needed to return a diaper (unwashed) the process was super easy and stress free. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer my diaper related questions. Shipping is both fast and free. Members of their mailing list receive a 5% discount on all orders. If you are going to buy diapers online, this is the business to buy them from! I do A LOT of online shopping and Abby’s Lane is by far my favorite online retailer.

There are lots of WAHM-run online diaper stores out there with VERY friendly WAHMS running them. And I have bought from many of them. BUT I have to say Stephanie at Abby's Lane is ABOVE AND BEYOND!
She has a yahoo group that sends out regular emails that always contain helpful hints and tips for diaper care. You get a 5% off code for joining her yahoo group AND you feel like you have joined a warm little family. It's really nice and you definitely get a good feel for her thoughtfulness and hard work she puts into every newsletter.
PLUS - Always FAST shipping, great selection, and extremely fast responses to inquiries.
But there's more - lol! - she has provided me with speedy, friendly and helpful customer service on 3 separate occasions. It really put my mind at ease to get her super-quick and helpful response. And I am talking responses within minutes to a couple of hours every time! Unbelievable!:
1 - when I needed to contact a retailer about an issue with their product - she lined up the contacts and followed up to make sure things were taken care of.
2 - when some inserts didn't fit my pocket diapers that they were specified for - she gave me a full refund for returning them INCLUDING the shipping to me! Wow!
and
3 - I placed two orders in a row today - neither one was big enough to qualify for free shipping, but combined they would have. Without being asked, she combined them for me and refunded my shipping charges so I still got free shipping! Yay!
I have been so happy with their service and products I felt compelled to share my good experiences so others will feel the same confidence in ordering from Abby's Lane as I do.

I've ordered from Abby's Lane a couple times and been very happy. The free shipping over $50, discount code from being in the Yahoo group, and free soap sample make me feel like I'm getting a great deal (even if I'm only saving a few bucks) and put a smile on my face! Her prices don't seem raised to compensate for the free shipping; they are in line with the other CD sites.
I emailed a question and got a response quickly. Delivery time was quick. I haven't had to return anything so I can't speak to return policy.
Whenever I need CD items I now check Abbys Lane first.

I had a great experience with customer service at Abbyslane. My first order shipped quickly (I had it 2 days after I ordered it). I noticed a small imperfection on the diaper and emailed Stephanie about it. She was very quick to respond and sent out a replacement free of charge. I was impressed that she really tries to make sure that all of the items she sells are top quality and she will fix it if the customer is not satisfied.
I will definitely be shopping here again because it's nice to know that Stephanie stands behind the quality of the things she sells.

Great customer service; very reliable. I've ordered from Abby's Lane several times now and have always received my orders very quickly. Whenever I had questions or needed to make a change to my orders, Stephanie was very quick to respond and make the changes or help with questions.
Excellent place to order diapers and supplies!
And she also includes wonderful little soap samples, which are so much fun to try out!!
