I'm new at cloth diapering and order something I thought would be good as a start. Then I changed my mind and they were so kind the changed the order for me gave me advice AND the package still arrived as expected. Now all that is left is to try them on my baby!
Best service in any store I've been, internet or not.

Nicki's Diapers is a fantastic company. I've searched high and low online, but the prices, the friendly and prompt customer service, and the quality of the products they've carefully researched can't be beat! My favorite diaper covers (Flip) are also one of the many items they offer with FREE SHIPPING-no minimum. Need I mention the little ""goodies and extras"" they often include with your order? You can't go wrong trying out this great company.

I love Nicki's Diapers! They have free shipping on all pockets and top selling brands which is great and their costumer service is great! I had a little mix up with a deal they were running and they totally corrected it for me even though the first order had already shipped! And I always get notified of orders shipping and they ship fast! They are my go to diaper site!

I love Nicki's Diapers! They are my favorite online diapering website, and I've gotten to where I only order from them. I have a Baby earth locally and don't even bother anymore, Nicki's has the best prices and they ship super fast!

I have ordered several items from Nicki's Diapers for my new baby. I have experienced great service and fast shipping every time, including with returns, exchanges and inquiries about my orders. They always respond really quickly and seem very friendly and eager to do the right thing by customers. If Nicki's sells the item I'm looking for I pretty much always order it from them, and I have bought some Best Bottoms and the Imagine line to try. I love that they offer some really affordable items, it really helps when starting out and you need to build your stash.

I've shopped with several online retailers in the past, but came across Nicki's when looking for a specific product that not many places had in-stock. I was pleased to find their prices are low, their customer service promptly answered my question, and they shipped my order the following day. I love that they always have sales or coupons available and I love the snack bag and wipes that I've gotten free with my last 2 orders! I always suggest this place to all my mommy friends!

I cannot believe how fast my items shipped each time I have ordered from Nicki's they were shipped out the next day and received them within a couple days from that. I've also had to change a few of my orders accidentally ordered pink for DS and their customer service was so helpful getting everything fixed and still shipping the orders super fast. Love that I can also post on FB and they respond in such a timely manner and are always there to relate and help! :) Love the service and the Products. :) Definitely my go to diaper company.

Horrible cloth wipes - the thinnest we have ever seen. Virtually useless. Shipping time is very slow with no updates on status. Poor return policy. Overall, terrible customer service and will not do business with Nickis again. Green Mountain's diapers are far superior and customer service of Cotton Babies can't be beat.

Was new to cloth diapering when we made the decision to buy at Nicki's Diapers. Many other sellers took weeks to respond to my questions; Nicki's treated our case with very personable, informative and fast communication via both e-mail and telephone service. Even during a Black Friday sale, when other large shops were out of supplies, we received all color choices that we asked for. Shipping time was more than reasonable. A business like this is bound to go far. Thanks Nicki's!

I cannot complain about anything with Nicki's Diapers. I am totally new to cding and am happy that I was able to find a retailer that offers an exchange program without having to buy a huge lot of diapers. I have purchased from them items I liked and items I didn't. Returns are simple and fast, they are helpful. Customer Service is great! Have a question, they have the answer. They fix things as soon as they can. And shipping is fast.

I love Nicki's Diapers for many reasons! First, they have excellent customer service and are really helpful with any diaper-related questions that I've had. Second, I love the selection of all the baby products they have - it's my go-to place for stocking stuffers and gifts for friends, in addition to the babies in our life. Finally, for me, it's local! I love being able to support a company that's close to home.

I have yet to purchase products from the online store but cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that we have received while visiting their brick and mortar store in Madison. I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the ladies working while we shopped. They answered all our questions about things from nursing bras, to amber necklaces, to diapers and even demonstrating their different baby carriers. We highly recommend Nicki's!

The iplay swimsuit is the best product for me. The inside has a soft feel, and the elastic keeps everything nice an snug. I never have to worry about accidents, which was a big factor when looking for swimsuits for my Kids. I addition, the customers service from Nicki's Diapers was exceptional, fast and accurate.

I have had AMAZING customer service from Nicki's! ny time I had even the slightest issue, or even just a question, I emailed them and received a prompt response. I even got a response from them just a few minutes after I sent it, and this was around 10 pm... I wasn't expecting anything until the next business day, at least! They are always very helpful and and I have recommended Nicki's to all of my mommy friends! BEST customer service!

I purchased the new bumGenius flip diapers as well as a wet bag for dirty diapers. Nicki's diapers were extremely helpful consolidating my order as well as quick to respond to my email. They also let me know when certain colors were not in stock and gave me the chance to pick a new option.
No pun intended, but the bottom line is I'd absolutely recommend Nicki's Diapers to any expecting or new mom.

Fast shipping; fast and comprehensive communication on any large or small issue; great prices and sales; great selection of products. Nicki's Diapers is one of my favorite online shops for diapering and now that they have their Imagine brand, it just moved even higher on my list. I just ordered some of the OS Pockets and am really hoping I like them. I'll be back to post reviews of those.

I've ordered from Nicki's a few times now and have always received my orders very quickly. On my last order there was a problem with one of the diapers and Nicki's was super-quick and very professional in handling the problem. I will always use them for my diapering needs and definitely recommend them to friends!

I have placed several orders with Nicki's Diapers. Every order has shipped very quickly and been exactly as advertised. Recently we had a small issue and I was contacted by email immediately. With a few quick emails Kourtney at Nicki's Diapers not only offered suggestions but also quickly amended my order and had it on the way the same day. I am very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service!

I wanted to try out a new cloth Diaper for our next baby. So I put in an order to Nick's diapers. I paid the extra money so our order would come UPS, so the delivery was great. But when I placed the order I didn't know some of the items were not in stock until after I paid, then I received an e-mail asking if I wanted to wait, that was not a problem for me since I have a few more months left until baby is due. There was also the wrong glass bottle in my package so I e-mail them and they said they would send one out ASAP, but it has been more then 10 business day and I still don't have the package. I called and left a message with no return e-mail or call yet. They also forgot my free gift for spending over $200, but I got that with the next package that was on back order.

The majority of my diaper orders have come from Nickis and I have nothing bad to say! My orders always arrive quickly. I received 1 package with an item mix up. My email about the order was answered VERY quickly. I had purchased a gently used item and received a new item of a different brand. When the used item was no longer available they swapped it for a new one at the same price. They even sent me the paid mailer to send back the incorrect item. They have had the best customer service I've encountered buying diapers. I love the return policy being 30 days and its super simple to return items.

I bought PFs and covers on a Sunday night and sent them an email asking if they could possibly get them out no later than Tuesday. They shipped my order Monday! So friendly and helpful too! Customer service is a lost art that obviously hasn't escaped them.

Just ordered from Nicki's diapers for the first time- absolutly wonderful customer service! I found the cloth diapers cheaper on another site (after I had already made my purchase) and contacted Nicki's diapers for a price match. Within 2 minutes I received an email response and received a credit/refund on my credit card. Will definitely be buying more from Nicki's diapers!

Great customer service and fast shipping.
I had purchased diapers for my baby that is due in a couple of months but the snap on one was broken. Since I had not washed them or used them yet I didn't notice until a month after I ordered. I emailed them about it and they were very nice and have offered to exchange it. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from Nicki’s a number of times and, until my last order, have always been pleased with them. My last order took two full weeks to arrive and I was only informed of the delay when I emailed them a week after purchase looking for shipping info. Admittedly, they responded quickly and the time frame did include a holiday weekend, but the real reason for the delay turned out to be because they didn't actually have in stock the items they claimed to have in stock. Even still, I probably would have overlooked it had there been some token gesture on their part. As it is, while I’ll likely order from them again, I’ll look to other vendors first.
