I've only bought from cottonbabies twice but so far it's been nothing but great customer service. Firstly, they process the orders so quickly that resulted in no delay with the delivery. I had a refund with my first order and they processed that promptly as well. The fact that they have free shipping is AMAZING!! I can't wait to buy more from them.

I have NOTHING bad to say about Cotton Babies. Every product I have received from the company, even seconds, is amazing quality. The response time when I have had questions on Facebook is incredibly fast, and shipping is like lightning speed. I love ordering directly from the Cotton Babies site.

First off I absolutely love Cotton Babies. I've have been extremely satisfied with them. Delivery time has always been reasonable, and they offer free economy shipping which is great. I've visited their store several times and the staff could always answer my questions. I loved that they weren't pushy with their products, but led me to the ones that were right for my family and I.

I have been so impressed with Cotton Babies in every way. Their customer service is incredible, and they have everything a cloth diapering nut needs! :)
The other day, I ordered a few things, and they arrived in my mail box the NEXT DAY! I don't even know how it's possible!
I also love that they are very friendly and personable.
Probably my favorite thing is that they don't charge shipping. They definitely make it very practical and easy.
I will never order from another company for my cloth diapering needs.

I had to chuckle at the negative comments given as they seem absolutely absurd. The customer service (as well as Cotton Babies products) make it one of the best companies I've ever dealt with in any area, much less baby items. My oldest child is four, so I have been ordering through Cotton Babies for at least that long now. Everything from diapers, covers, bra pads, baby items, slings, stroller, and high chairs. I love that when I call I get to talk to a real person who is always kind and helpful. If I order online and leave special comments on color, sizing, etc. they have always been perfect when the order came. And delivery? Every time I've been absolutely amazed at how quickly my order ships and arrives. It has always been either the same day or next day of order that it is sent. One time something was backordered and they immediately sent out the rest of my order and the backordered item came on the date they had said. I have been so impressed with the Cotton Babies products (and I've tried a lot) and customer service that I always encourage anyone wanting items Cotton Babies sells to order from them. Seriously, this is an incredible company with an awesome product and you won't go wrong ordering from them!
