Customer Service is still alive! I had a problem with the velcro closure on 3 of my Super Bright Covers from Bummis. I called their customer service line and talked with Dana. I wanted to see if she could give me an idea of what I could have done wrong when using or washing them to cause the problem. After asking me a couple of questions, Dana asked for my address and told me she was sending me 3 covers to replace the damaged ones. I was so pleased I ordered 2 more Bummis covers from the store I normally buy from. Thank you Bummis for providing an excellant product and beyond excellant customer service!
