Have ordered several times from them, and shipping has always been fast. They have a pretty wide selection, including their own line of one size pocket diapers that are very nearly as good as the bumGenius 4.0, but if you catch a good sale, you can get them for about 1/3 of the price! When you call, you get a real person. They have reward points like most sites, and the points rack up pretty quickly. My fave feature is their free shipping on all orders, all the time. That was the main reason I chose them that first time I ordered. Their excellent service overall, excellent sales on all sorts of diapering items (plus other things like cloth menstrual pads, cloth snackbags, etc), and their own brand of diapers (and now diaper covers and inserts) have kept me coming back. They are my favorite cloth diaper shopping site.

This is my favorite diaper shop!!! I just wished I had come across their site much sooner.
Their customer service is top notch, they have their own brand of excellent diapers (our favorite pocket diaper and diaper cover by far!) and they offer free shipping! They also have a great selection of other products- and I love that you can buy 1 of something to try w/o paying $5 in shipping to do so- a HUGE plus. Love Diaper Safari! <3

Got a real person when I called, they were wonderfully helpful. Their freebies and giveaways are great. Also, can't beat free shipping. They also stock a lot of things so you can buy from one place. Really great customer service!

Diaper Pin is an excellent company! They have so many of the top, quality brands that I look for when I do my shopping and I love that they offer free shipping (it's fast too)! Their customer service is wonderful and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my experience with Diaper Safari and would definitely shop with them again int he future!

I saved so much by ordering with Diaper Safari. I also recieved great customer service. It only took about 4 business days for my order to arrive and the shipping was free! I also recieved a FREE OS diaper cover with my order(because it was over $49). I do alot of price compare and glad I ordered with Diaper Safari.
