Kristie at Max and Jack's room saves me from having to research each product I am thinking of purchasing. Every recommendation she has made has been spot-on. She has even gotten me items she doesn't normally carry, and at a competitive price. Kristie responds promptly to questions and her delivery time is excellent. Kristie at Max and Jack's room is extremely helpful. She has so much cloth diaper knowledge and is able to troubleshoot most any cloth diaper related problems. She has a great variety of products at varying price points. She has also special ordered items for me that were not available when I placed my initial order. Her rewards program is fast, and super simple to keep track of and redeem!

Max and Jack's room is an excellent cloth diaper retailer with a good variety of products and superior customer service. My order arrived promptly and was nicely packaged. I will definitely shop there again and would suggest that friends do the same.
