I used a newborn diaper rental package from Nell's Natural Baby, and could not have been happier with the experience. The diapers arrived right on time and were in excellent condition. They performed wonderfully - no leaks or blowouts AT ALL. Customer service has been outstanding and my deposit was refunded very quickly upon return of the rentals. Jodi went out of her way (I thought) to help me choose a post-newborn diaper for my harder-to-fit baby and I'm really grateful for her knowledge and help. Everything about my experience with Nell's has been top shelf! They are now my go-to resource for diapering needs.

I have been impressed with Nell's Natural Baby for almost 3 years now. I just had my second baby and used Nell's for their newborn Kissaluvs rental again. I ended up needing a cesarean and they happily extended my rental contract for 2 weeks (since doing laundry was out of the question at first). They are always quick to respond to any questions and very friendly too!

We rented Kissaluvs size 0 from Nell's and purchased the rental add-on package (including covers, wipes, etc.) We could not have been more happy! The diapers were in perfect condition and performed extremely well for us. We never once had a ""blow-out"" like those experienced by many of our friends. Our baby was on the small side, so we extended the rental for a extra month (four months total) and were sad to send the diapers back at the end. The customer service is just wonderful -- I sent a couple of emails regarding my concerns about laundering methods and stains and received prompt and friendly advice on how to handle both. If we have another baby, we will definitely come back to Nell's for another rental!

When my son was born 10 months ago, I rented the Kissaluvs size 0 rental from Nell's Natural Baby. Not only was the customer service prompt, but the diapers arrived in pristine condition. We were able to use them until our son was almost 3 months old and in the end my husband liked them so much that we ordered size 1s to continue cloth diapering with.
This retailer is superb in her ability to maintai high quality customer service with a down to earth attitude and competitive pricing. I will continue to shop at Nell's Natural Baby!

We recently rented a newborn diaper rental with Nells Natural Baby for our son. They provided amazing customer service. We absolutely LOVED our Kissaluvs/Thirsties diaper rental. These diapers never leaked and we never experienced a blow out! They were in awesome condition & we actually ended up renting them an additional two months since our son was born premature and was able to fit into them longer. We would highly recommend this diaper rental for anyone with newborns and definitely will use Nells again in the future.

Nell's has been my go-to cloth diaper resource for both of my boys (ages 19m and 2m). Their rental programs are affordable, convenient, and affordable, and their diaper selection is first rate. I keep going back time and again and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently did the newborn Kissaluvs rental from Nells Natural Baby, and I was very impressed! I opted for the credit back with the store, and it's awesome that you get an extra $10 when you do it that way! After I sent the diapers back, I had my credit back super quick, and my new order was shipped out very quick too! I will definitely do more business with Nells, and I am telling all my pregnant friends about this newborn rental!

I had an issue with delivery, it wasn't going to arrive when needed, despite telling the seller I needed it, and paying more for extra shipping. However, Jodi was very quick to apologize and work with me, and refunded my shipping costs. I will order from this company again, and I suggest others do as well. Jodi was great to work with and very quickly righted the issue and was extremely apologetic. I was very upset our swim diapers didn't make it here in time for our BBQ party, but I am very pleased by the way it was handled.

Nell's Natural Baby has been amazing. You'll receive great customer service from Jodi. Expect quick email replies, fast shipping, and helpful advice or answers to your questions. I rented newborn diapers here because of the low price, free shipping, and option for cash deposit refund. The package now includes some covers, too! I ended up taking the store credit for the refund and everything was processed within 24 hours of Nell's receiving the diapers back. I look forward to shopping here again and again.

I ordered a bunch of pocket diapers from Nell's to help start up my CD stash. Everything came super fast with free liners (with the code they offer on their site!)
I will definintely be purchasing more supplies from them!

We found Nell's while looking for a newborn diaper rental package that was [1] within our budget, [2] had a cash refundable deposit (so many place have ""store credit only"" policies) and [3] had a website easy to use and carried merchandise we like. Nell's was the only one that had all three!
We did the KIssaluv's fitted newborn rental, and had excellent service, great communication with Jodi, and super fast shipping, even after the rental when we spent our rental deposit at the store, anyway. She even gives a $10 bonus credit when you take store credit over cash. That's a free diaper!
One of the things I love most about Nell's is that the site itself is simple, and intuitive. It's nicely designed and not so crowded that you get lost, like other cloth diaper sites.
We'll continue to be customers of Nell's in the years to come. Thanks again, Jodi!

Great customer service. I ordered my diapers last night and they were on my doorstep today when I got home from work! I am so excited to try cloth diapers with my first baby and I am happy to have found a resource to get them from with such great service! Would definitely buy from again!

I absolutely love Nells. I am cloth diapering for the 1st time and found the rentals amazing. I learned a lot from her site and highly recommend it. Wonderful customer service, quick deliveries. I will continue to purchase from Nell's. Absolutely the best!

Was a pleasure dealing with Nell's Natural Baby! Jodi responded very quickly to all of my emails and shipping was quick. Their promos are the best ;) The last promo got me 5 large microfiber inserts....which are AWESOME. Thanks Nell's for a great experience...I will definitely be ordering from Nell's again! And the points system is fabulous...like I need anything else enticing me to buy cute diapers ;)

Found this e-store by searching for sites that carried bumgenius 4.0 & Allens detergent & had low shipping. Well, I'm so glad I found them- customer care has been excellent & I love that there is a reward system! Love the site's look & ease of use!

Nell's site makes sense-both layout and structure.
Information-accurate (most important), easy to understand, well laid out.
