I placed an order for some prefolds and a wetbag at the beginning of September. Unfortunately the wrong wetbag arrived and Jennifer was out of the one I had wanted. She worked with Leslie (maker of Leslie's Wetbags - which are AWESOME) to get one made up and sent to me directly and allowed me to use and keep the one she had mistakenly sent. Although the entire process took a while (5 weeks!), Jennifer had excellent communication (making and taking calls after business orders - even though she has a new baby) and I wouldn't hesitate to place an order again.

I placed an order and was very pleased to receive a personal call from the owner informing me of the slight delay in shipment. She threw a nice freebie in with my order as compensation. Customer service was great and I am still very happy with the overall turnaround of my order. Would definitely recommend the company to people and will order from her again!

I highly recommend Sew Crafty Baby. I just started cloth diapering my 1 year old in the last few months and have had the best experience with this store. I go there first for everything I might want. She has a great selection, the best prices and fast shipping. Great customer service to - ask for her advice!

I loved the fast, free shipping and she had a great selection. My only complaint is that I never recieved an email telling me my order shipped or any way to track it either (and I checked my spam box to be sure it didn't go there). I would have liked to know the items were on their way, but I will definitely order from this store again in the future!

Jennifer has the best prices on prefolds that I've found anywhere, and super fast FREE shipping! My items arrived quickly, and she sent a sample of Punkin Booty Bits wipe solution that we fell in love with! We will definitely be back--in fact, I just placed an order for more wipe solution!

Out of many places I buy from this is the one I always go back to and from now on I will. For one there is no shipping...for 2 you get what you ordered and in a very timely manor. I will always buy from them unless they don't have what I am looking for.

I would definately recommend Sew Crafty Baby. Jennifer was very quick to respond to my emails ( I had some shipping questions, but no problems). She seems very committed to high quality customer service. There are so many cloth diaper companies out there, so for me, good customer service is the deciding factor. Plus, great prices, lots of choices, and free shipping!! I will definately be ordering from here again.

I think Sew Crafty Baby is the best cloth diaper store out there. I LOVE that Jennifer offers free shipping and her customer service is excellent. I am really impressed with this company for a few reasons; they have FREE and fast shipping. I placed my order on Thursday (December 25) and received it on Monday (December 29). Her prices were very resonable and didn't weren't inflated to include shipping charges.
I can't wait to use my prefolds and liners but they arrived in great condition and I will be updating when I wash/ prep them.
Con: I didn't receive a tracking number to track my order, I got an email saying she received my payment but no tracking number or email telling me it was sent. Eventhough shipping was fast, I was beginning to think something was wrong and that they weren't shipped, yet.
I will be ordering again!

Sorry you didn't get a email confirmation. Every paypal order is shipped through the payment so delivery confirmation is directly sent through paypal. Credit card and RME payments also have email addresses added but sometimes they might get filtered out by your email spam controls.
Cananda has no tracking available.
I shipped the day after Christmas free priority mail and am glad to see you got them quickly. :)

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer or her store, this is my favorite place to buy diapers!!! Shipping is free and fast. I wanted to get a wetbag but the picture was not available online. I contacted them through email and was sent a picture of one of the wetbags I was interested in. So helpful! Also, I love their wool wash. I am SUPER excited that they are going to start carrying Sugar Peas - now I know where I will buy the next size up! Will definitely buy from Sew Crafty Baby again :)

Both times I have ordered from Sew Crafty, I received my package within three days. This is amazing considering I live on the opposite coast! The prices are fantastic (especially on the prefolds, legwarmers, etc) and the free shipping (on any size order) is unbeatable!

Free Shipping! That's what caught my attention. But now I can't say enough good things about Sew Crafty Baby. Being new to cloth diapering, I had lots of questions before buying. Jennifer answered my Saturday night emails within the hour of posting them. She was so helpful and helped me figure out what I wanted to start with.

Shipping was very fast and Jennifer was very patient with me as I worked on getting my new RME account set up so I could pay her. Communication was excellent, several emails and even a phone call!
I bought one of her hand dyed prefolds and it is super soft, I love it! For some reason my other dyed prefolds are crunchy and rough, but this one is very soft.
I love the free shipping (no minimum purchase) and I will be back for more!

I couldn't believe how quickly this got to me from CA to NY - I ordered July 2nd and it was here July 5th - with the holiday in the middle! Would definitely look to order from her again, especially with the free shipping and good sales she has.

Shipping was super fast and everything was just as I'd hoped.
There was a tiny mix up with my order and I was shipped the wrong color of a diaper but I liked it much better than the one I'd actually ordered. When I let her know about it she gave me a discount code for my next purchase. That was above and beyond anything I expected since I was happy with my order.
