I have been using the v2.0 diaper for some time now. They are sooo absorbent, super soft and I love the snaps. My 10 month old has figured out how to open Velcro and it is nightmare to get him to keep his fab fitteds on.

I love, love these! Wish i had discovered this with my first born.

I recently purchased 2 of these in size 2 (the new V2.0). I got these for use as overnight diapers...I use prefolds during the day. I have to say that they are soft and beautiful diapers. Very absorbent too! I also purchased the doublers and use those with them at night. They fit my 30lb guy like a bikini. Not sure that they will last him size wise until 40lbs. He does have super chunky thighs though...so I'm sure that's a factor! Overall, I am happy with them....it will take some getting used to, to snap them on though. As always...I love Nicki's Diapers...I got free shipping for my order!

very well made, great design, great for blowouts! I got the size 0 for my newborn. I liked them at first, but after several washes they lost their softness. The absorbancy was not any better than a good quality prefold (which we were also using). If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have spent the $$ on these, prefolds work just as well, and dry much faster!

I loved these for my newborn boy. i read reviews of a ton of diapers and went with these with a thirsties cover. He is a super soaker and it was amazing how much these absorbed. I never had a single blowout with them. Even my husband loved them. I am new to cloth diapers and am amazed at how easy these were to clean. I live in an apartment in NYC and had no problem keeping them clean.

I got these as a gift to get through the newborn stage until the one size pocket dipes I have from my first child fit my new one. I absolutely love them. Nothing holds in the breastfed poo like these diapers, I haven't had one blowout yet, and my little man is quite the pooper. Good fit on my little one too. He was 9+ lbs at birth and they fit great then, he's over 12lbs now and the size 0's still fit and he's not even on the last snaps.

this was our favorite newborn diaper in the house

I bought these diapers as a newborn diaper because I really liked the idea of the fold down notch for the umbilical cord. I had bought about 10 or so before my baby was born. I was really excited to use them as they looked really soft and fluffy and wonderful. My son was two weeks old when we started using them and I was so disappointed. They did not fit my almost 10lb baby, even though the product says it fits until 15lbs. The waist was way to tight and I could barely do it up on the last snap. The legs were too tight and left red marks. I could not use them at all. I think they would be better suited for smaller babies, although my son is not chubby by any means. Very disappointed as I thought I would really like to use fitteds.

This diapers do a great job at holding in BFP, but I found the Size 0s were not adjustable enough (no overlapping wings & too much space between snaps), both the Size 0s and 1s were too low in the rise (DD outgrew Size 0 at 11 lbs and Size 1 at 18 lbs), and they were not absorbent enough once DD reached 3 months old. They had great resale value though - I sold them and bought Heiny Huggers fitted, which are a very similar material and hold in BFP just as well, if not better, plus they fit better, the weight ranges were accurate for DD, and they are more absorbent and less expensive.

Bought used, but I think they were only pre-washed.

I LOVE these diapers- they fit my petite DD so well. She's used them from day 10 onward and only 2 blow-outs with them and she has a BM 5-6 times a day. I use Kushies Ultra during the day but if I want to be sure she won't leak or at night I use these (they were bulky in the 7-8 lb range). If I could have bought more (got 10), I would have and used them exclusively. My DH likes them better than the AIOs.

Downside- they take FOREVER to dry, and I have a few with some bright stains. I'll try sunning them as the weather gets better.

We've used Kissaluvs Size 0s, 1s, and 2s. They fit our buddha belly, low rise baby better than any other diaper. The Size 0s were absolutely the best diaper at keeping the runny newborn poop contained. We tried prefolds, several other fitteds, and pocket diapers, and my husband refused to use any other diaper... I guess our daughter was fairly explosive, and the Kissaluvs were the only diaper that kept everything in! He hated the leaks we got with other diapers during the newborn stage because we'd have to change her clothing, too.

That said, they definitely lack absorbency for the larger sizes. If we either change our daughter as soon as she's wet, or use a doubler for longer periods, they work great. Using a doubler versus having extra absorbency sewn into the diaper reduces the drying time. I don't think these diapers will fit babies/toddlers with long rises, though. You gotta love the lifetime snap guarantee! I guess, in general, I'd say they're the best newborn diaper, hands down, but you'll have to see whether the larger sizes work for you. Or, try the new organic version, which is more absorbent than the non-organic version!

I had to leave another review on this product after using it for another week after my prior posting. This diaper was aweful. absolutly aweful. I sold all of the contours and fitteds that i had along with the horrendous bummis covers last week with a $70 loss but had to get rid of them. These diapers gave my daughter such a severe rash, none that she ever had using fuzzi bunz. I washed these diapers VERY VERY carefully and according the instructions PERFECTLY but these diapers did not hold up. They leaked like crazy, and held nothing. Nothing. i was utterly amazed at how ineffective this diaper was. After one pee my daughter was soaked.SOAKED!!!! my husband was so mad at me for selling my old style fuzzi bunz for these diapers that as soon as i sold these diapers i bought the one sized fuzzi bunz and those diapers are FANTASTIC! I think cotton babies is a great website and has excellent customer service along with kissaluvs themselves, but i just dont think this diaper holds up at all. I cannot understand how anyone had any success with this diaper. I do however like there washclothes. I would recommend trying one diaper before you buy a whole slew of them like i did, just so if it doesnt work for you, can sell it and not take such a loss. If only i had known!

There is nothing wrong with these, we bought one to rotate with our prefolds and just didnt' really care for it. It was an 'extra' step to get it snapped and then the cover. I felt the same way about the one contour we purchased. The prefolds were easier. This was of course the first thing my LO grew out of, she gained weight very quickly and it began to leave marks way before the weight limit. It also seemed to not wash out as easily as the prefolds, even once I had the laundering 'down' so to speak. I'd look and it would still be 'marked up' (giggle) from a BM. It did hold more 'in' for a BM than a prefold, though because of the snug fit/snaps. To me, not worth the MUCHO extra dinero it cost.

You cannot beat these for the price. They are not as absorbent as many innt he larger sizes but with a doubler or super soaker added we can last quite a while. At night I put the extra super soaker outside the daiper in the cover and it works great. The customer service is fantastic, the times I have contacted them with a question or once with a snap issue, I had a response with in hours and when I sent the repair I had it back in a week with extras included to cover my shipping!

I found these to be absorbant enough for my newborn but they did not fit right away due to the bulkiness between the legs. I didn't use them until he was a month old. They are good at containing BF poo but because the rise is short they don't fit long. They're just ok in my opinion.

We loved these diapers above all others for our newborn. Didn't get too much extended use out of them as they were outgrown by 5 weeks, but they made the constant diaper changes much easier (especially in the dark at night, I still avoid snappi-ing in the dark!) and were a great introduction for us to cloth.

Although I don't see how such a diaper could stand up to DD's output currently without a huge increase in bulk, the size 0's worked fine for the beginning stretch. They were in constant rotation and stood up well to the abuse. I liked the snaps quite a bit, and really liked the snap down feature to avoid the umbilical while it was healing. They were soft and snuggly and never left any red marks on our girl.

Picked these up used and I'd recommend that for others as well since they get used so little (they will definitely last through a few babies at one month of use each, even with daily washing!).

I have the size 0 and even though they are the best fitting diaper of all the different kinds I have tried, I was taken aback over just how bulky they looked on my tiny new born. He looked like he was lying on a downward slope for the first weeks. This is off course not this diapers fault (it is actually fairly trim), but more a culture chock as I did disposables with my first born. Also I am not all that good with snaps and I therefore I tend to avoid these diapers when I am in a hurry or during night time changes.

I really like these fitteds, especially paired with one of the kissaluvs doublers. It's pretty absorbent.. bulky, but I will take absorbent over trim any time. It doesn't sit very nicely on my infant, but over all it does stay put and contain leaks. The reason I gave it a 4 was because it has held stains. It's definitely clean, but stained. I would love these if they had an inner that wouldn't show them. Even the soaker is stained. I still use mine daily and plan on purchasing more for my stash. Fitteds and prefolds are my go-to diapers for the day time. I'm not so sure I'd use this diaper overnight.

This was my very first cloth diaper purchase. I was so excited to receive that first fluffy mail! I thought it was so soft and pretty and showed it off at my two baby showers. My grandmother and aunts could not believe how cute and easy to use it looked!

Once I started using it, I was even more impressed. My daughter was 8 lbs, 13 oz, and 19.5 inches at birth, and it was difficult to find a great fitting diaper. The rise on small diapers rubbed on her umbilical stem and created gaps in the thighs, and many of the newborn covers didn't seem big enough over an infant prefold. The Kissaluvs Size 0 was a perfect solution. I luckily had bought six used ones from a friend, giving me seven total; but I wished I had several more!

I found the fit to be fabulous for four months, at which point she started to outgrow the rise, and we passed them along to another friend. We then used our Kissaluvs Size 1 for several more months.

I never once had an issue with elastic or snaps, and while they did not stay as soft as when they were brand new, I still found them to be soft. I think the secret is your laundry routine - not too much detergent, and rinsing it out very well.

I have another daughter due in April, and I am definitely hoping to buy some more for her!

These are good diapers. The size 0 was perfect for our newborn DD, who used them from day 1 along with prefolds. The cord cut out is great, as is the fit and absorbancy. Great quality newborn diapers, we will be getting more for next time around. However, I am not as pleased with the size 1 's we just purchased. The fit is less than perfect and the absorbancy seems to be taking a few extra washes to reach max than the others. In this size I am much happier with my heiny huggers, but the size 0 diapers alone deserve a 5+. I highly recommend these to get started with a newborn.

KL0s were the first CD we used on our newborn son, born 7lbs 12 oz. They are an excellent first diaper because they fit well, have a simple DH-friendly snap arrangement, and they hold nb ebf poo great. At 3 months our son still fits in the KL0s, but a doubler or soaker is required now for enough absorbancy to make it past the first pee. I still reach for them when I expect him to have a bowel movement soon because I know they won't leak.

This is actually for their Organic cotton/hemp fitted! Earlier I posted a negative review about the pure cotton ones which didn't work for us.
After my first post I was contacted by a kissaluvs rep and asked to try their cotton/hemp version. They sent me one to sample and I LOVE it!!!
It is very absorbant, soft and a great fit on our litte one. I also LOVE that it comes with a doubler that not only snaps in one spot (the back), but also snaps in the front so that it doesn't move around at all. This is a great diaper.
Congrats also to kissaluvs for their great customer service. As soon as I get more money for diapers I will be buying a few more! Thank you!

I bought these when I first was getting into cloth and decided I wanted fitteds. I bought 6 KL2's for my DD who was 10 months old. At first they were fine alone, but as we got closer to a year old and beyond, we needed to add a doubler. Eventually, 2 doublers didn't hold her super pee anymore and it was getting bulky so we moved on. They are soft and dry quickly, easy to use. I think they are great for younger babies, but don't suggest them for older kiddos.

I went back to KL0's when I was pg. with my son. I bought the majority used on diaperswappers, but some new as well from jillians drawers. The new ones were clearly softer and had tighter elastic, but I was impressed with the comparison of new to used - they held up well over time and we never had a single blow out in either the new or used.

Overall, KL's are FANTASTIC for a NB, infant, size small baby. I wish they were more absorbent for the bigger kids.

I found that if you use drier balls in your dry cycle that it fluffs up the nap on the dipes once they start to lose their initial softness. I've never had them feel scratchy.

The fit was great on these, my only complaint is that we needed more absorbency and then the diaper got quite heavy. My husband is a little snap challenged, so I'm not sure if we would go down this road again. However, this is no reflection on the diaper - it fit really well, was well made, and was a good value.

We bought these straight from Kissaluvs as seconds and they even snuck an extra diaper into our large order. Wonderful company.

I bought these used for my preemie daughter. She was only 5.5lbs when we started using them and it was hard to find something that would be snug around her ""chicken legs"" but allowed room for her ""buddha belly"". These were perfect.

I didn't have the crunchy issues everyone speaks of. Sometimes she would ""out pee"" the diaper, but that is because she was too small for the diaper absorbancy she needed and the double just made it too much on her tiny frame.

I would certainly use these again with future children.

As a newborn diaper the size 0's are awesome. We purchased a dozen Kissaluvs plus a dozen GMD newborn prefolds prior to our son being born and were so glad we did. The KLO's kept his explosive EBF poo contained nearly 100% of the time and were absorbent enough until he was about 12 wks old. We'd use these first, then use the prefolds once all the kissaluvs were dirty. I HIGHLY recommend these as newborn diapers. Kissaluvs with Prorap covers were a fail-safe combo for us! Now, at 4.5 months and nearly 11lbs, we are using the largest snap settings, must use a doubler and can't get away with these at night or during naps. But I certainly feel we got our money's worth out of them and will be tucking them away for our future newborns.

I did not like this diaper at all. I did not have the opportunity to try the size 0s, so I went right into the size 1 for my 3 month old daughter. The rise was far too short, the fabric was crunchy with just a few washes, took forever to dry ,and worst of all th exposed snaps on the inside actually left a scar on my dd's belly that is still there 11 months later! I would not recommend this diaper until the company decides to re-invent the diaper with hidden snaps.

I love these fitteds! Actually I love anything Kissaluvs makes. I'm a huge fan of their contours as well. These diapers are so soft and absorbent and come in pretty colors. They fit my newborn great and the price is right.

I have used my Kissaluvs size 1 for 8 months now and love them! They are wonderful, beautiful, economical, and earth friendly! I really also appreciate the elastic in the legs which doesn't give my chunky thighed girl any marks, like many others. I love the feel, colors, and fit!

After trying almost everything on the market, I am planning to use Kissaluvs diapers exclusively for baby number 2 coming in December!

This is my second child i am raising on the same set of 24 diapers i bought 3 years ago.

Not only have the diapers held up great, but they are still soft (after hundreds and hundreds of washes), there is no significant wear and they are still working great.

i did have a snap come off on one diaper and the Kissaluvs folks immdiately repaired it for me and even sent me 2 free Wipes back. Excellent customer service! so, i dont know what the post below is refering too. They have always answered all my cd related questions in detail and promtly so.

i am exteremly happy with my dipes and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. i hear they are coming out with an organic fitted; i am excitedly waiting for those: )

These diapers may be great for some people, but they were not big enough in the rise for my very normal sized toddlers. (About 30lbs when started using) And they did not hold enough, I had to use a double. I still use them because they are better than nothing, but I wish I could have found something that worked better.

I did not have a pleasant experience with my size 2's. I purchased them as I had Kissaluvs size 1's with no issues whatsoever. However after about 2 months of being sparingly used, I noticed the cotton fleece had holes in it.
I contacted Nicki's Diapers and they advised me to contact Kissaluvs regarding obtaining replacement diapers.
Its now been 2 weeks since my diapers had been received and I have not gotten my replacements nor has Kissaluvs customer service been very helpful.
I definitely wish I had not purchased these diapers.

We had Kissaluvs with stretch terry. Fit was great, lots of stretch to these dipes. good quality, seemed to hold up well with washes. I'm giving these fitteds a 3 because they are not very absorbant. OK for daytime but not a good night time dipe.

Very soft at first but then got very ""crunchy"" quickly. These diapers were too bulky for my daughter's build and left red marks on her legs everytime (If I loosened the snaps anymore, they would leak). Not a bad diaper, just not my favorite. However, I did like the cute little bubble butt she got from these diapers.

They are okay. I think they are pretty bulky and not absorbent enough.

They are working okay for my 2 month old but when I used them for my older daughter (before she potty trained) they weren't the first thing I would grab. Okay for daytime not that great for overnights (unless you use a doubler).

The price is pretty good for what you get. But I really think a prefold is a better deal and just as absorbent.

Our baby is 6 days old, and we are really liking these diapers for newborns so far. They have a great fit for his little body (8 lbs., 2 oz. at birth). They seem to be absorbant and they don't leave red marks on him. They work great with an XS Bummis super brite diaper cover.

This diaper is only ok for us. It is the least absorbent of all my fitteds. It has a really low rise which does not work for my DD since she is really long in the torso. It also did not stay very soft after the first few weeks of use.
